This is a description of the movie. What I would especially like you to see is the amazing paddling and takeoff performance! The paddle was light from inside the swell, and after a few strokes the board started to slide. It's taking off incredibly fast. It rises from the swell before breaking, If you don't trim it with a few turns, the waves won't break. Rider Hiroki doesn't need to push the board forward yet, I make a few gentle turns and wait for the waves to break up. Because you can take off so quickly, you have plenty of time to get a good look at the waves before they break, so even if the waves you take off from are a little bad, or if they are damper waves that break quickly, the tablet's takeoff performance makes it easy to predict and respond to the break. Like a retro rocket, it's fine for a Trojan wave, It's not like boards that can't handle deep waves or fast breaking waves at all!! Also, because the tablet is a shortboard, the rocker isn't strong, but it's there, and although the center of the board is thick, the rails are tapered at an angle, making them thin on the rail side, making rail control easy. Like Hiroki in this riding video, you can bite the rail into the face, find the tube and dive in. The elevator wing provides excellent turning performance, allowing you to raise the lip and spray as much as possible. He had been riding Channel Islands boards until now, but he was attracted to Mayhem's masterpiece, a Japan-only model, and decided to purchase it. Mr. C is an older surfer of the same age as Nishii.
