We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble caused to our customers. The service has now been restored and is available as normal. We look forward to your continued support of Love Surf. == ... Hurley Pro Final Day Report. I think you all already know, This guy, Taj Burrow, won the Hurley Pro WCT event! In the final, he faced Julian Wilson, the flagship rider of HURLEY, the event organizer. Although the finals seemed to be a disadvantage, he showed off some amazing surfing that made it clear to everyone that he was the winner! The wave conditions for this tournament were not so good for LOWERS, With speedy riding, he was able to overcome such rough waves without any difficulty. What was impressive was how the way he rode the board was completely different from the other skaters. I went to San Clemente three weeks ago, and even when the waves were small and rough and no one was surfing, Here at LOWERS, we adjusted and selected surfboards to suit Mayhem and this event. It's called "BEACH BUGGY." This was LOST Surfboards' first win at a WCT event held in their local town of LOWERS. So MAYHEM seemed extremely happy, and ran up to Taji, who had won the competition, He held his board high in the air. Taji looked incredibly happy after winning the grand prize of $105,000 (10.5 million yen). The other day, we were talking about how LOWERS has never won a WCT tournament, so For Nishii and MAYHEM, this victory was a great achievement. The BEACH BUGGY is a great board that rides really well even in rough waves, so we encourage everyone to give it a try. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/models/lost/beach-buggy Posted by Luvsurf .
Learn moreWhat board was Taj Burrow riding to beat Kolohe at Hurley Pro Day 3?
Hurley Pro Day 3 report. All photos by Hayato Masuda Bread Simpson, who faced Jordy Smith, was unfortunately defeated in round 3. His stylish hand movements make the board swing more when it hits the lip, This is a good example, so take a good look and try to imitate it. "Alejo Moniz" faced Mick Fanning and was narrowly defeated in round 3. It's a shame because he was doing well. His style is to pray before entering the water and when coming out. FU WAX has such great adhesiveness that thin seaweed sticks to it. Adam Melling. He faced world champion Joel Parkinson in round 3. He won, so he looked incredibly happy after the heat. His surfing is going really well. He's been training really hard. He's also a FU WAX user, so there's seaweed on his surfboard. I came in second place in the next round, round 4, so I will be playing against Josh Kerr in round 5 tomorrow. Taj Burrow and Kolohe Andino competed on the LOST Mayhem board. The waves were small and the tide was high and the waves weren't breaking, so with five minutes left the set didn't come. Just like at the US Open, I couldn't catch the waves and it was a disappointment. I was doing some advanced airs, but It was very disappointing to lose in the early rounds here at my local point. Taj Burrow, who beat Kolohe, had better wave control than Kolohe in lighter conditions. The board also seemed to be running well. I usually use the WHIPLASH-TB model, As expected, Taji also had a hard time breaking on a day like today when the tide was rising and the waves were small for a WCT contest. He was riding his own small wave high performance model "BEACH BUGGY", which was developed for that purpose. If you are already reading this blog, you probably already know about the "BEACH BUGGY" model. This is the perfect model for those who want to use it in competitions in waves that are smaller and weaker than usual in Japan, so be sure to give it a try. If you're aiming for sharp, vertical surfing, this is the model for you! Ready-to-ride boards are now in stock! The Beach Buggy is a high-performance board designed for small to medium rough waves, with lift and momentum even in rough waters! It inherits the genes of Andy's favorite WHIPLASH model and is the product of a collaboration between Taji Burrow and Mayhem! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/models/lost/beach-buggy So, look forward to tomorrow's report on the final day! Learn moreOn the second day of the Hurley Pro, Kolohe and Alejo, who use FU WAX, were very successful!
On the second day of the Hurley Pro, Kolohe Andino and Alejo Moniz, who used FU WAX, were very successful. Although the size was smaller than yesterday, Heats 5 to 12 of Round 2 were held today. Alejo Moniz won the man-on-man heat against John John with ease. He was attracting a lot of attention. Alejo Moniz is a player officially supported by FUWAX, There is a sticker with the FUWAX red oval mark on the board. Another famous FU WAX user is Kolohe Andino. Using his local knowledge, he will be competing against Matt Wilkinson. I rode a lot of mid-sized waves and prepared for this event at LOWERS. He showed off his good surfing and won easily. Tomorrow's round 3 will be against Taji-san. It turned into a showdown between LOST Mayhem board riders and FU WAX users. I'm looking forward to seeing who will win. Check out these photos of other WCT riders using FU WAX on their boards. My name is Patrick Gudauskas. Kelly and the entire Channel Islands WCT team use FU WAX. This person is Travis Logie from South Africa. If you look at the feel of the wax on the board, you can tell that users who use FU WAX I think it's obvious that it's FU. I don't think there is anyone reading this blog who hasn't used FU yet. If you have it, please try using it. It boasts a gripping power that is incomparable to previous waxes and the other waxes that are being released one after another in response to a sense of crisis over FU! Learn moreWe're currently receiving a flood of inquiries! LOST's "STEALTH II" model page is complete and in stock!!
We've been inundated with inquiries even before it was released! The LOST "STEALTH II" model page is now complete! The LOST "STEALTH II" model is here, http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/mboard.html This is the model that has received the most inquiries recently in the Q&A section! Start with the CONQUEST or TABLET, then improve with the RIPQUEST or POWERQUEST models. This model is recommended for those who are looking to step up and are concerned about the pointed nose of the TITAN or SUB-DRIVER-JP models. As we have said many times before, the biggest feature of this "STEALTH II" model is, When paddling, you can position yourself much further forward than on a regular board, so your weight will naturally be on the front, This is a very nice design of the board, as it tries to slide off the wave quickly, which inevitably makes for a quick take-off. After takeoff, the tail is thin, so it moves like a high-performance board. It's a board that satisfies my most greedy desires, so it's fun just thinking about which size is best. Please take a look at this newly completed page. The LOST "STEALTH II" model introduction page is here. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/models/lost/stealth-ii We have just started showing off our newly arrived stock boards! Learn moreThe number of users is increasing! Please let us know what people who use "FU WAX" think!
We were so worried that "FU WAX" would soon sell out, but it has finally arrived from Brazil!!! This way, you can rest assured that you will come to the store to make a purchase. This time, BASE, TROPICAL and WARM are in stock! The water temperature is still high, so if you are naked or in a spring suit, try TROPICAL. If the water temperature is around spring to seagull, we recommend applying WARM on top. Save the COOL for when you can wear a 3mm full suit. We have received some wonderful feedback from users, so let us share it with you! I repainted it with wax and it looks so much better!! I can't stop using FUWAX (>_<) I'm addicted to this grip! It's a little pricey at 945 yen, but it's definitely worth a try! Conventional wax is applied in a way that makes it as granular as possible, and as the granular particles get crushed and flattened, the grip strength decreases! If you are using FU WAX, you should discard that notion first! Any hard base coat will do! (FU Wax base coats are also available.) Apply FU・WAX flat and slowly spread it thinly! There is no need to use the corners of the paint to rub in too much! It's better if it's not lumpy, but if it looks like it has strings running horizontally, that's fine. And because FU Wax is less soluble in water, it provides longer-lasting grip than conventional waxes! (Actually, there was no problem even if I didn't paint it on the second round.) There have been high-grip waxes in the past, but they were stickier and had a shorter shelf life. FU・WAX also has a great smell. Yes! Even for surfers who can't fly as high as me, the grip is still strong enough to be effective! My favorite Mini Simmons doesn't have a tail grip these days, but thanks to the FU WAX 3D Grip, it's no problem at all. The price of ¥945 is certainly higher than the price of conventional wax, but FU WAX does not need to be applied thickly like conventional wax. It is just the right thickness, so you might wonder, "Wow? Is it really okay to apply it this thin?" and it can be used 3 to 5 times longer than conventional wax. (I tend to apply too much, so I use three times as much.) *Even though I forgot to apply it in the second round, it still gripped well! Also, many people ask, "Will sticky wax stick to wetsuits too?" FU Wax does feel sticky when you're waiting for the waves, but surprisingly, it doesn't stick to your buttocks. From new wet to FU WAX COOL 4R used It only made my teeth a little whiter! I actually feel like it doesn't stick as well as regular wax! Some people say, "I can't spend ¥945 on wax!", but it lasts longer because you need less grip than regular wax, and best of all, if ¥945 can improve your surfing, I think there's nothing cheaper! == ... Thank you for your wonderful feedback!! == ... Thanks to the many people who have become addicted to "FU WAX," sales are booming. We were able to place an advertisement in +F Magazine!
