Images of MAYHEM and the DIABLO-X model in the shaping room have been released!

Check out these images from the shaping room of the DIABLO-X model that Mayhem completed and signed. This is an image of the final product of the AKU foam cutting machine. At this stage, the surface of the deck and bottom, as well as the concave and rail shapes, are almost complete, so the next step is to smooth out the jagged edges and shape them to fit the desired shape. However, the complex tail shape and dolphin grab rails and elevator wing of the DIABLO-X model It is impossible to finish the product without carefully shaping each strand by hand. The DIABLO-X model is different from the simple design of the DRIVER model. Mayhem said it would take about five times as much time and effort. This process, both glazing and sanding, is time-consuming and labor-intensive. The Japan-only model is only 10,000 yen more expensive than the regular model, so considering these factors, it can be said to be a very good value model. Look forward to the arrival of the DIABLO-X model stock boards early in the new year!

New LOST model information for 2018! First look at the latest in the series, "DIABLO-X"!

The "DIABLO-X" model is a continuation of the Japan-exclusive model "CONQUEST." This is the latest version of the "DIABLO" series, a model developed in collaboration with MAYHEM. Nishii and Mayhem have been working on developing a board made of POLY material behind the scenes, and have been doing test rides. The boards made with "CARBON WRAP" material arrived in Japan, and Nishii has already been riding them over the New Year holidays. Inherited * The buoyancy volume supports the speed of paddle and takeoff, The center is thick, but the rails are thin, making them the thinnest rail shape in the series to date. Nishii's first impression after riding was that the rails were thin, so it didn't feel thick. It is a design that is more agile and has better maneuverability. The tail design is a split swallow tail. It also features the series' traditional "elevator wing" to aid in quick reactions. The RNF-REDUX model has a sharper nose and better driving performance. It's agile and the pointed nose board design makes paddling quick and easy, making it a board for older guys! Stock boards from "POLYESTER" and "CARBON WRAP" will be arriving early in the new year, so stay tuned! The size range of the boards we have in stock is 5'7" to 5'11"!

The "SOLD" color is "Orange," and we are pleased to inform you that this has run out of stock at the factory and is no longer available for use. This Nishii board is equipped with the "Blue Gray" color, which is said to be the original color. Check out the unpublished photos from 24's blog for "LOST Surfboard."

The man holding the two new boards is the legend Taj Burrow. One is a swallowtail and the other is a squashtail "WHIPLASH TB". This backyard, equipped with a skate ramp and trampoline, is Shane Beschen's home in Hawaii. Nishii also visited the house a few years ago, and the ocean was right in front of the house, within walking distance to go surfing, and there were mountains right behind it. This photo shows Ian Crane doing a backside turn in a big Hawaiian wave. He played on the QS this year, but unfortunately didn't make it into the Wild West, but he's a player we can look forward to seeing next year. Maria Manuel has returned from a long absence from the Wildcat due to a right knee injury. He made a complete comeback in the final WT tournament in Maui the other day, finishing second, his highest ranking to date. Robbie McCormick, a Florida surfer with a knack for air, came to LOST in San Clemente to pick up his newly finished, long, thin board for Hawaii. This board belongs to Matt Biolos, also known as Mayhem. This is a resin-colored board with the new LOST classic mark. The young man surrounded by the IRON family is Griffin Colapinto, the 2018 Wild West Rookie who is currently garnering worldwide attention. He recently won the late Andy Iron Award from the Surfer Poll. He is also competing in the Pipeline Masters, which started today, and depending on his results, he could be in a position to win the prestigious Triple Crown. The 2017 Women's Surfer Poll winner was the ever-popular and always smiling Carissa Moore, who is also a member of the LOST surfboards team. The winner for men was JJ. Here is Carissa Moore's power turn. She has been revamping her surfing and evolving her turns in 2017. Bruce Irons is checking out the PRO-FORMANCE series boards. His favorite model is the POCKET ROCKET . The board he's holding has carbon on the bottom and four channels. This is Taylor Wright, the 2017 World Champion. He grabs the rail with his right hand and makes a deep carving turn on an incredible track. The board he's riding is, of course, "DRIVER" !!

Compare the models and sizes of LOST's Carbon Wrap stockboards to make your selection easier!

Structure and performance of "CARBON WRAP" Lightweight without sacrificing strength, It achieves performance that is on a different level from conventional boards. Remove the wooden stringer from the conventional blanks. Flexibility and control have been improved. A very light EPS core with a strip of carbon fiber band. It is wrapped in the most effective position. By wrapping it outwards along the outline of the board towards the rail, This provides excellent flex and control. This curve controls the twist that occurs just at the front of the fin. The carbon wraps around the rails from the bottom of the nose and reaches the rear of the deck. This unique method creates a unique ride feel for the carbon wrap. The result is next-generation high speed and driving power. The deck surface is equipped with "X Glass", which boasts strength that is incomparable to conventional EPS epoxy boards. The Love Surf team experienced the car's outstanding performance during a test drive in Japan. It's without a doubt the best performing board material. Especially in high-performance competition board models, You can really feel the difference. A board that will help your surfing accelerate better and go faster.
