Make sure there is no moisture remaining in the repair area. If moisture remains, it can cause the resin to peel off. Use this coarse sandpaper #80 Sand the wound and the surrounding area to allow the resin to adhere better. After sanding, do it like this↓ Next, use masking tape. Use masking tape to surround the scratch to prevent the resin from dripping. Next, since this is a board made of PORY material, We use SOLAREZ, a repair agent specifically for PORY. Apply SOLAREZ to the repair area. The recommended thickness for each application is about 8mm. To cover the entire wound Use a thin object such as a needle or chopsticks to stretch the resin. Next up is This is a convenient UV handy light ! Apply it to the wound for about 3 minutes to harden it. Once you have confirmed that the surface has hardened Peel off the masking tape around it. Next, sand with coarse sandpaper #80 Sand off the excess This prepares the surface. Next, use finer sandpaper #120 Further sanding and smoothing. Next, use this fine waterproof paper : Wet the waterproof paper with water Polish gently and carefully to remove any unevenness. And then... Completed! ! This will give you a beautiful glossy finish! From the start to the end of the work It only took about 15 minutes to get to this point! It's really an easy fix!
