Learn moreIntroducing Nishii's new personal board "RNF-REDUX" CARBON WRAP!
The size of the purple resin color board is the same as the standard size. 5'5" 19.25: 2.27" 27cl . The ROUND NOSE FISH model is, needless to say, Mayhem's greatest masterpiece. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the RNF, The latest product to be released is "RNF-REDUX." Over the 20 years since the original glass-on twin fin "RNF" model, the width of the nose and tail has become wider and wider, with twin + stabilizer, four fins, and five fins. The newly released "RNF-REDUX" is a design that is as close as possible to the original "RNF-CLASSIC" outline, with only the addition of a single wing, five fins, and a slight increase in tail width. From small waves to fairly large waves, from rough waves with bad waves to solid waves with good waves. This is a versatile model that can be used by surfers of all styles, from those who prioritize line to those who prioritize high performance. The classic all-purpose model, I was able to ride it using the most advanced board material, " CARBON WRAP ." As you can imagine, this combination I think it's no exaggeration to say that this is the best combination in LOST history. I actually test rode it and it was smooth, fast and easy to ride. The ride quality is also great. It's made of carbon wrap material , so it's durable and long-lasting!

Learn moreLOST "CARBON WRAP" Why is the deck of a surfboard so strong?
About the LOST "CARBON WRAP" surfboard I'm sure those of you who read this 24S blog already know this. LOST's "CARBON WRAP" took approximately three years of research and development before it was released. Why did it take so long to develop? This is because it was developed with an emphasis on not only "performance" but also "durability." *Types of epoxy resin and mixing ratios *Type of carbon wrapped around the deck from the bottom *Carbon is also installed on the deck * The curve and placement of the two carbon bands *Special cross fiber to strengthen the deck surface What is less known is that So that you can ride the board for a long time on the deck surface, "X Cross" is used to maximize strength against breakage. This "X Cross" crosses diagonally at 45 degrees. A thread-like cross fiber called "polypro" is woven vertically into the cross. Since "X Cross" is installed on the entire deck surface of the board, "Polypro" is also distributed vertically throughout the board. Take a look at the black carbon band on the deck surface of the tail. The white thread-like material is "polypropylene" and you can see the "X-cross" woven at a 45-degree angle. If you already own the LOST Carbon Wrap, If you are considering this as your next board, Please take a look at the straight threads of "Polypro" woven into the 45-degree "X Cross." Please take a look at the structure of this soft and flexible EPS epoxy board, which is also extremely strong. This "CARBON WRAP" technology is It's such a theoretical flex structure for a surfboard that it has been patented. "CARBON WRAP" technology is Two carbon bands control the flex of the entire board to achieve the ideal flex. When you want to make a big bottom turn that requires drive, the whole board flexes. Immediately after bending your knees and then releasing your weight, the rear tail section from the carbon bunt wrapped in front of your back foot flexes extra, accelerating and increasing your speed. Also, when you lip the board or hit the top of the wave, the board bounces back easily, It's fast to react and doesn't slow down, allowing for seamless maneuvers and repeatable tricks. The acceleration gained from this board construction is This is a patented technology that can only be used with LOST's CARBON WRAP! https://vimeo.com/163062207 For a complete look at LOST's "CARBON WRAP," Check out this video explaining Mayhem from the development designer himself!
Learn moreMason's first signature model has been released! The "VOODOO CHILD"
Mason's first signature model has been released! The "VOODOO CHILD" Mason has also been active in WSL contests. If anything, calling me a free surfer would be a better description. Mason's signature model, the Voodoo Child, is a new relaxed rocker surfboard that glides and drives when controlled with the front foot, and is loose and quick when controlled with the back foot. This model is easy to understand as it is Mayhem's modern version of an 80's surfboard design. A slightly wide squash tail with retro lines. The bottom has a single double concave, and the front fin is deepest, helping to generate speed. The nose tip is a "beak nose" that is also reminiscent of surfboard design from the 80's, giving the board a unique look. The back foot area of the deck is a double concave deck designed by Mayhem. This is because Mason, as per the Ho family tradition, does not have a deck pad, so Mason's back foot is locked in and moves like a knife. This board contains a hidden "curse mechanism" that cannot be conveyed in a photograph, and is part of Mayhem's shaping philosophy. Learn moreCan be installed when ordering custom equipment! About the "R4-C" Radiation-4channels.
We will explain about the "R4-C" Radiation-4channels, which is available as a custom order. These four channels can be added to any model as a custom order. Mayhem will design and install the board optimally to suit the model and fin position. Unlike the classic parallel channel, the new R4-C channel is designed to work in conjunction with the fins (combined with the fin's functions). It's faster and more flexible in small to average waves. It helps you turn and drive with tight, radical arcs. The old-fashioned deep channel that runs parallel to the stringer is powerful, and in driving surf it gives a fast down-the-line feel and feels very comfortable, but it has the disadvantage of being prone to getting caught and dragging when doing quick turns on a daily basis. Mayhem's new R4-C channel provides even more grip and drive. It increases the propulsion and buoyancy of the entire board when paddling, and provides even more acceleration when turning. The R4-C is a fun, fast and exciting design for us, as it works well not only in clean, flat waves but also in slow, powerless waves. The price for adding options to the R4-C is ¥20,000. The airbrush is an additional 20,000 yen. So, The ``R4-C'' + ``airbrush'' set with this specification costs 40,000 yen. You can get faster and more accelerating performance, We highly recommend installing the R4-C when ordering a custom bike.
