Approximately 250 future WCT players selected from around the world have gathered.
Volcom's World Contest is happening now in Lower East Side! Approximately 250 future WCT players selected from around the world have gathered. Before the heat Carefully apply FU WAX evenly to the entire deck except for the rails, including the nose and grips, to prevent slipping no matter where you place your feet. Take your time and carefully wipe down the bottom and fins of your board. Not only does it improve concentration, but even small stains can affect your speed. I want to emulate the samurai spirit of caring for my precious board. The board that Kei is using on this day is Both are 5'5.5" V2-GRINDER . It's so popular that it's out of stock, but we'll get more in soon! This model requires a reservation! The board sinks and then comes up - this is the cutting edge move of the future. Even with this much weight on the board and it sinking, you still have perfect control over the board. The waves are double-sized so it's fun to watch. Kay gets high scores because she never wipes out. There was also a scene like this. I avoided the clumps of kelp. We won the quarter final and advanced to the semi final! Tomorrow is the final day! Learn moreFrom Mayhem to you all about LOST's "CARBON WRAP"!
Today Mayhem returned from a business trip to Florida so I went to see him. When I asked about the LOST surfboard factory, Mayhem is in the shaping room, seriously checking the outline. I was checking whether the board cut and shaped by AKU matched the design image. We all watched Taji's heat. Thank you for your 18-year career in the WCT. Taji will retire from the WCT but will continue to work as a freelance professional surfer. Mayhem's own Carbon Wrap board has arrived from the PLACEBO factory, and he is happily opening it. It's the unboxing ceremony. Everyone gets excited and excited when they see the new board they're going to ride for the first time. This is a signed photo from Dane Reynolds as a thank you. Dane is riding on the MAYHEM board that AI was riding on. Today I had a desk meeting with Mayhem. He would like everyone in Japan to compare the high quality of the Carbon Wrap produced at the PLACEBO factory with other brands of epoxy boards made in Asia. The difference in the quality of the materials used is clear. And best of all, it feels great to ride. Give the world's best epoxy board , "CARBON WRAP," a try! You'll really be able to take your surfing to the next level!
Learn moreKA's magic board! This is the master board for "POCKET ROCKET"!
These are three KA magic boards I found in the shaping bay. Can you see the boards among these that have cuts in them? This board became the master board for "POCKET ROCKET" . Kolohe's Magic Board. It cannot be measured on the PC design software screen of the AKU machine. Apparently they looked at the actual form measurements of the finished board. There are notches on the nose and tail. LOST conducts research before producing the product to ensure that the ``POCKET ROCKET'' model that is sold on the market and that everyone can ride is the same as KA's Magic Board, and that it is glassed and sanded to be the same as the real thing. With advanced technology and cutting edge surfboard manufacturing methods, it's easy to see why Mayhem boards have such a superior ride. The tail patch and stickers were also removed. Well, the waves have finally picked up so I went to LOEWRS. Preparations for the contest, which starts on Tuesday local time, are progressing steadily. In the ocean, about 80 young, strong surfers from all over the world were practicing before the contest. The young surfers took turns doing airs and other things. Among them, this guy suddenly showed off some amazing surfing skills that were a real eye-opener. "Kolohe Andino" I had been watching and thought the young players were good, but they were on a completely different level. Oh, and this is the board Nishii rode today. I was watching the Luvsurf giveaway DVD and realized that this LAYZ POTATO board clearly flexes better than other boards and looks great. I hate to say it myself, but surfing on this one might be the best. It's so good that I'm thinking of using this board as a base to design a board model other than the CRAZY POTATO. Check out Luvsurf's giveaway DVD!

Luvsurf TV: PLACEBO " GOBLIN" Chucky Rigano Rider: Chucky Rigano Board used: Placebo 5'4" "GOBLIN" FLEXLITE-BOOST FILM: Hayato Masuda EDIT: TABRIGADE FILM Everyone! We've kept you waiting for a long time. Here's a video of everyone's favorite "Chucky" riding PLACEBO's super popular new model "GOBLIN." This wave is a wind wave at the beach break in Newport. Chucky is riding it normally, but you can't do it like this with a normal board. It seems like Chucky might not be able to run unless he's in Goblin . There are many waves where there is no shoulder right after taking off, or the wave closes in before you can hang on, but because the takeoff is quick you can still surf normally even when the waves are bad. The movement is great! He's quick and snaps the board at the top, turning it over and slashing through the lip. The Goblin is extremely easy to paddle and takes off smoothly and quickly! It's also easy to ride and moves really well! Currently, many sizes are sold out, but the 5'4" and 5'6" sizes will definitely be in stock by the end of this month. You can now make a reservation before it arrives, so please call us as soon as possible at 03-3732-5532 Or make a reservation here . Feel free to ask us about board sizes! Learn moreThank you to everyone who came to our store and purchased many LOST "SUPER-DIABLO" models!
Mr. A, LOST "SUPER-DIABLO" BLACK DART was chosen. Until now, he had been riding a PLACEBO 5'10" FISHQUEST2 FLEXLITE-TURBO. Because that board was also a PLACEBO, it never broke and rode beautifully, and he was very satisfied with its performance. However, when he found out about the GOBLIN, which is superior to the FISHQUEST2 model in every way, he was thinking about buying one, and then he came to our store to buy this BLACK DART STOCK board that had just arrived. He really liked its cool looks. Mr. B, LOST "SUPER-DIABLO" POLYESTER was chosen. He currently cherishes his classic Stealth, but was considering purchasing a new board. He initially considered the popular Goblin, but when he saw the Super Diablo in front of him in the store, which has a different material and tail shape, he was captivated by the unique texture of Poly and chose the Super Diablo. Mr. C said, LOST "SUPER-DIABLO" POLYESTER was chosen. When this model was announced, he knew it was the one. He said the length, width, CL value, and concept of this board were perfect for what he was looking for. He said that the CL value listed by LOST when choosing a board is a clear number indicating whether or not it has buoyancy, making it easy to choose. Mr. D, LOST "SUPER-DIABLO" POLYESTER was chosen. He's a veteran surfer with a long history, and used to be in charge of selling boards at a surf shop, so he has a lot of knowledge about surfboards, and when he comes to the store, he's almost always already decided which board he'll choose. Although he goes to the beach less often than when he was younger, he says he'll enjoy surfing as long as he has the energy. I'd like to follow his example. Mr. E, LOST "SUPER-DIABLO" POLYESTER was chosen. He is a LOST fanatic who rides all the classic LOST surfboards. This time, he chose the SUPER-DIABLO, which he really wanted to try. He also considered the popular GOBLIN, which has the same design, but he decided to purchase the LOST SUPER-DIABLO, as it comes in odd-numbered sizes that better fit his needs. Thank you to everyone who came to our store and purchased many LOST "SUPER-DIABLO" models! LOST "SUPER-DIABLO" is becoming a very popular model, just like GOBLIN!!

Recently, the number of days when the south wind is blowing has increased, and the water temperature has dropped. "FU WAX" is selling well because it works well when you apply COOL on top. He also came in second at the recent QS6000 Chiba and is currently ranked number one. Here is a photo that proves that Leo also applied FU WAX COOL before the heat. This is the WSL Tour currently being held in Fiji (today it's Lady), and we have Jack and John John, finalists from the last tournament in Brazil. They are also "FU WAXERS" . Recently, FU WAX has been recognized as the best in Japan. This is the promotional video for "FU WAX" It's done so please take a look. Learn moreCheck out the unpublished photos from the QS6000 "ICHINOMIYA CHIBA PRO OPEN".
Ian Crane: The way the spray rises shows how fast this move was. It's amazing how the nose of the board has turned so far and the spray still flies this far. After losing the heat, I took the train to Shibuya with my big board case to hang out. There was someone riding a "CARBON WRAP" in the distance. A lot of players used it during the QS6000 ICHINOMIYA CHIBA OPEN. Just having a "CARBON WRAP" makes you look cool. This is photographer Sasahara from Tabligeide Film, a familiar face at Luvsurf. He uses a lightweight carbon umbrella to reduce the effects of wind even in the rain, and his high level of skill and motivation have earned him rave reviews from photographers all over the world. On the day the race was cancelled due to heavy rain, the athletes returned to their lodgings on two bicycles. The moment of victory for Japanese player Leo Inaba, who placed 9th, after winning round 5. As a Japanese athlete whose home is close to the venue, he performed very well. Takumi Nakamura, who also came in 9th place, noticed the difference in the performance of FU WAX and asked to join the team. He usually uses a swallow tail, but this time he seemed to be doing well with a squash tail. Athletes riding in "CARBON WRAP" There were other riders on board who were not from the LOST team, so I didn't know their names. Hiroto Ohara and Reika Noro, from Productions, came to the premiere screening of "LISENCE TO CHILL" held on Friday night. After the screening, they came to tell us how much they enjoyed the film. This is the Brazilian rider who won the Super Session. Brazilian riders pray like this when they come out of the water. Look at the size of his thighs. He must be very well trained, he looks like a keirin racer. If you look closely, you'll see he's holding FU WAX. You can see the blue label, which is cool. Almost all of the wrestlers at the venue were using FU WAX, and one other wax sponsor also had a cardboard box full of FU WAX with the label removed. It would be great if this kind of world-class contest were to be held regularly in Japan, giving us more opportunities to see high-level surfing in person. This time it was a QS contest, but I'd love to see even higher-level WCT surfing in person on Japanese waves, something you can't get from watching it live on your computer!
Learn moreThe Carbon Wrap is a super-fast, super-high performance surfing board that will take you to the next level.
Last week, the QS6000 contest Chiba Pro Open was held at Shidashita P. Check out the photo of a short session with AM team rider Hiroki next to the contest. "Hiroki" is my favorite LOST "SUPER-DIABLO" POLY. This model is thin enough to fit the rails in easily. The tail is also designed to be thin so that you can easily step on it and change direction. The SUPER-DIABLO has a fantastic shape and design, so please take a look at it. If you actually ride it, you'll see that, like the GOBLIN , it's a thick model that moves well. Nishii is riding a LOST "BABY BUGGY" CARBON WRAP. CARBON WRAP has an EPS foam core. Nearly every competitor in this year's QS, including those other than LOST, brought at least one EPS epoxy board to the beach. The first half of the race was onshore, with overhead waves and powerful beach breaks. The second half saw fewer waves and smaller sizes, so he was still riding them in the competition. EPS foam offers more speed than POLY foam in weaker waves, giving him an advantage in the rough waves of the WQS, which are completely different from the WCT competitions, which are held in the best spots in the best seasons around the world. If you missed the blog post the other day, click here ! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=36310 At LOST, we recommend the patented EPS foam board "CARBON WRAP." If you've been following this blog, you're probably already aware of its existence, but just look at Kolohe and Ian's flowing surfing below and you can clearly see the pop-up flex that gives them unrelenting speed. *Stockboards that you can ride right away will also be on sale soon, so stay tuned! We highly recommend the LOST Carbon Wrap , a super-fast, super-high performance surfing board that will take your surfing to the next level!
