New Luvsurf TV: MAYHEM "DRIVER" POLYESTER ADAM MELLING Hurley Pro 2014@Trestles

Luvsurf TV: MAYHEM "DRIVER" POLYESTER ADAM MELLING Hurley Pro 2014@Trestles Rider: Adam Melling Board used: MAYHM 5'10" 『DRIVER』POLYESTER FILM: Koji Nishii EDIT: TABRIGADE FILM Adam Melling, 29, from Australia, has been improving his power turn year by year through training. He loves the 5'10" DRIVER model and always brings it to Mayhem. We keep getting orders for the exact same board in the same length and model. Apparently, you can get the most out of a board by continuing to ride the same model and size. If you are interested in competing, you might want to try imitating the things that top athletes do. I've been training and my thighs are thick, so I take out my fins when the waves are in this position. It remains stable even when performing slide turns. Take a look at the photo illustrating a carving turn with timing diagrams of 1, 2, 3. First, this bottom turn. This is important. Squat down as low as possible. Focusing on the inside of the rail, sink the board into the water to create tension. Release the tension as the board heads towards the top. 2 is rail switching. When switching rails at this top position, step on the tail. Open both arms and place your left hand on the inside downwards to act as the axis of rotation. First, turn the board by imagining twisting your upper body, then your lower body. The board doesn't need to pop out of the wave like an off-the-lip. The angle shown in this photo is fine for a steep face. 3 is a twist of the body. This is the twisting body position! Remember to twist in the following order: arms → upper body → waist → lower body! The board he was riding was the ``V3-ROCKET.'' In fact, this "V3-ROCKET" model was first sold in Japan in 2013 by Placebo. This model is so good that it was released in the US this year. New Luvsurf TV: LOST MAYHEM 『V2-SB』 Travis Logie 2014 LOWERS

Luvsurf TV: LOST MAYHEM 『 V2-SB 』 Travis Logie 2014 LOWERS Rider: Travis Logie Board used: LOST MAYHEM 『V2-SB』 FILM: Koji Nishii EDIT: TABRIGADE FILM This is a riding video of Travis Rogge from South Africa, who is known for his snap turns that slice at the top, riding the V2-SB model. He spins the board at high speed on both the front and back sides, creating a snap lip action. The snap lip action is performed with strong thighs, and by pulling the knees towards the chest like this, it is possible to move quickly. If your posture is too high, your balance will be poor and your weight will not be transferred to the board, resulting in a slow ride. So, try lowering your body so that your knees touch your chest, like in this riding video by Travis Roggie. If your knees are too high, your posture will inevitably be too high. If you think your riding position is too high, try imagining your riding form as being "sitting down." For better balance, you should be low enough that your hands can touch the board. Now, take a look at the exhilarating snap-lip action of Travis Rogge's V2-SB model, which is a great example of what you can do. [vimeo]https://vimeo.com/108644001[/vimeo] * Posted by Luvsurf .

We look forward to hearing from you! == ... Check out the riding photos of Nishii's highly recommended high-performance "V2-SB" model. All photos by Takuya Maeda This board is a pre-made size 5'9" x 18 5/8" x 2 3/16" (175 x 47.3 x 5.55cm) Intermediate 55-60kg Advanced 58-63kg 24.58cl is. Nishii has been riding high performance models up until now, around 23CL at 5'8", Since I'm almost 50, I decided to lengthen it by 1 inch and increase the CL value by 1 to 1.5 CL. Well, as expected, I'm feeling good. Even if you cut back this far from the curl, the speed doesn't drop, Because the board is large, the spray is large and flies a lot, It's easy to catch waves. Even with high-performance model boards, buoyancy can be an advantage, so simply increasing the size a little as you get older can make surfing more fun and improve your condition! The buoyancy volume is around the chest in the paddling position, so the paddling is fast. The LOST "V2-SB" model is not a difficult model, so it is recommended for men who like high-performance models! Posted by Luvsurf .

Check out the LOST Surfboards factory tour.

This is the Catalyst Glass factory exclusively for Lost Surfboards. The poster has apparently been up for about 40 years. This is a POLY board in the hot coat stage. After wrapping it in cloth and resin, we coat it with just resin. At that time, we work to create the necessary edges for each model, as shown here. There is a photo of the nostalgic Gokin's Gokin Flip posted. This technique is so difficult that it has yet to be demonstrated even in the WCT. This is a custom-made SUB-SCORHER board. This classic model is still being ordered. You have a lot of fans in Japan as well. Word posters posted inside the factory. This is the sanding room where the boards are finished. The craftsmen must have a really hard time getting covered in resin powder in a small room. Catalyst, the USA head shop for Lost surfboards. There is a glass shop behind this surf shop. Storage for the main Arctic foam used. Each piece is custom-made to fit the model. This is Terry Singh's room, the airbrush room. Here, we mix colors to match the order board and color the board with an airbrush. This is the room where we create the marks to be put on the board. The Japanese paper used for all of the marks is produced by Love Surf at a paper company in Japan and shipped to the USA. The quality of the paper is so good that other brands have asked us to create their logos for them. This is a surfboard rack that can store approximately 1,500 boards. It's quite impressive to have all of this. Today, Love Surf's clients came from Japan and Korea, so we had to check out the factories and warehouses. I actually gave you a tour. Posted by Luvsurf .
