Despite the wind and waves, I rode the LOST ``BEAN BAG'' model all day today.
Today's wind was choppy after yesterday's onshore wind. The waves are similar to those in the Sea of Japan. Despite the wind and waves, I rode the LOST ``BEAN BAG'' model all day today. The BEAN BAG is a short, round board, so you can turn it even in places where the lip isn't too tight. This was the biggest wave Nishii rode today. Once you get used to riding it, you can ride it even at this size. You can ride almost any normal wave size in Japan. But it's a board that makes you want to ride small waves. It makes me want to ride more and more small waves. This is a crazy board that makes you want to ride small waves more than anyone else. It has loose performance that exceeds that of a couch potato. When applying to curls, do not apply too vigorously, but gently. It works well if you put it on and turn it. When you turn at the lip or the top of the wave, your fins will automatically become free. It's fun because you can slide loosely and follow this line across the top. When I got out of the water, this foreigner came running up to me and said, "It was really fast, and I was just surfing the waves that no one else was surfing, I want one too, what model is it?' I told him it was a bean bag from LOST. He said, "My board takes off quickly, but it doesn't go very fast in small waves like today." I explained to him that the tail of his board is thin, so in small waves the waves don't push against the tail and it doesn't go very fast, so that's not to be helped. Learn moreThe BEAN BAG is equipped with a KA size S fin in the front and a PF size M fin in the quad rear.
The waves have gone down in size and are the smallest they've been in the last few days. The waist and abdomen size can be set, and the maximum set size is about the size of the chest, which occurs very occasionally. Asaka test rides the new LOST model "RV" which will soon be available at Luvsurf. It weighs 62 kg, but it has plenty of buoyancy, so I tried riding it and the speed was amazing. It was out and running well. Everyone, please look forward to the first shipment of this popular model from the USA! Nishii will be continuing from yesterday with the PLACEBO 5'8" CQ EL-DIABLO FLEXLITE-BOOST . As you all probably know, this model is a beautifully colored FLEXLITE-CANDY , and I was riding it in the same size, so I could really feel the difference in the board materials, especially the high-rebound performance of the split carbon. BOOST is for those who want to prioritize performance. In the afternoon, the waves broke apart on the side of the shore. I rode the LOST 5'0" BEAN BAG. The fins are set up as [KA size S] in the front and [PF size M] in the quadruple rear . Wow, this model is really interesting. You can take off on small, choppy waves that would normally only be possible with a longboard. It's wide, round and has an ultra-wide tail. The way it glides is unique, instead of descending to the bottom, it takes off and glides like a longboard, gliding sideways and becoming quick and easy. Because it moves loosely, larger fins are recommended. You can float and surf like you're on a UFO! I'll try riding it tomorrow with bigger fins.
Learn moreThe long-awaited PLACEBO 5'8" "CQ EL-DIABLO" FLEXLITE-BOOST! High rebound!
Today I went to LOWERS with Omi-san and others. I was the first to paddle out on LOST's new model 'RV' quad and had a great time. Kei, who is going on a trip for a contest this afternoon, has been practicing since early morning before his flight. I uploaded the ride of that day on Instagram and Facebook, It seemed to be adjusted quite well. He just recently won in Florida, so I'm always looking forward to the results! Nishii is more popular than expected, so the number of units produced is limited. I couldn't ride it as a personal board, I finally got to ride the PLACEBO 5'8" CONQUEST EL-DIABLO ⭐️FLEXLITE-BOOST⭐️! As expected, the high rebound ⭐️ FLEXLITE-BOOST ⭐️ is great! We will start filming videos from tomorrow and deliver riding videos to you all, so please look forward to it!
Learn moreA report from the "LOST" surfboard factory!
Today I had a meeting with MAYHEM at the LOST surfboard factory. He says he's been getting a lot of orders for the DOS-DIABLO , and is happy that it's getting such a good reputation in Japan. He's confident in the new, thinner size he recently shaped, so he'd like to hear feedback from people who have ridden it. Please try out the slim DOS-DIABLO and give us your feedback! These Mayhem models are potential new TAJ models, with test rides taking place with sizes changed one inch at a time. They may be a different version of the beach buggy. If you're a fan of high-performance boards, this is sure to pique your interest! Here, under the skateboard, you can see various types of carbon. The two split carbons used in the Presto are highly rated, MAYHEM is apparently experimenting with different carbons. Do you remember this ad for LOST? This sugoroku board, which is displayed as a panel, was made by LOST and was also used in their advertisements. Some people may remember it being featured in a double page spread in Surf magazine in Japan. The other one is "Randall Land," and it's interesting to see that some of the characters include Andy Irons, who often rode MAYHEM at the time. I'm sure there are people out there who know these two, and I'm sure they're long-time LOST fans. Kolohe's " SUB-BUGGY " in the shape room This is Carissa's `` SUB-SCORCHER2 ''. Apparently it's a magic board, and people rode it until it was completely worn down. I felt like I was in pretty good shape. Well, I'll report back tomorrow!

Luvsurf TV: PLACEBO “SHORT ROUND” Saburou Obama Rider: Saburou Obama, 183cm, 62kg, born in 1976 Board used: Placebo 5'5" 『SHORT ROUND』 FLEXLITE-BOOST FILM: Koji Nishii EDIT: TABRIGADE FILM Kohama is currently in charge of selling surfboards at the Murasaki Sports Fujisawa store. He is tall and slim, with a height and weight of 183cm and 62kg. He is an avid surfboard enthusiast who visits San Clemente privately once a year, and is particularly knowledgeable about the mayhem shape designs of LOST and PLACEBO. This spring, he also had the opportunity to visit the LOST surfboard factory, a long-awaited opportunity. The propulsive power of Kohama's "SHORT ROUND" model, which can be seen everywhere, means that even if the waves suddenly become thick while riding, the speed will simply slow down and you will be able to continue riding the waves. If you are an intermediate or advanced rider, you can choose a board that is about 5 inches shorter than the regular board you normally use and still be able to ride comfortably and stably. Choosing a shorter board will make this board's performance stand out even more, so we encourage you to try riding the ``SHORT ROUND'' at a shorter board length than you've ever ridden before. So, it's a good ride on the characteristics of the "SHORT ROUND" model, which moves up and down quickly. Check out Kohama's riding video! [vimeo]https://vimeo.com/135537193[/vimeo]
Learn moreLatest news! Which model would you choose to install the MAYHEM "SPLIT KEEL" on?
I just got an email from MAYHEM. MAYHEM fin "SPLIT KEEL" has been announced. The set position starts earlier than usual, The front fins have a unique shape that emphasizes driving performance, lying backwards. The rear of the base is recessed, so the design does not lose its release ability. It is also available in a natural clear white color. Which one you choose depends on the board you have. The base and height of the fins are L size, but the area of the front fins is large. You can ride it with just the twin fins! The design has been finalized and it will be produced soon, so We will let you know as soon as we have more information about the release date and price! If you're looking for the benefits of drive and control with excellent turning capabilities, the new FCS II Split Kel Quad is now available in two colors. It's a great fin set for a wide-tail, five-fin hybrid model. If you're looking for a high-speed, high-performance quad that offers maximum drive and control on the face of the wave, plus the ability to turn sharply and freely off the top, look no further! ★ Nishii's recommended models are "CRAZY POTATO" and "LAYZ-POTATO" ! I'd like to try it out and see what it would look like with "DOS" or "EL-DIABLO." I'm sure it would work well with the new model "BEAN BAG," which will be arriving soon and for which we're currently receiving a flood of inquiries.

Learn moreThe exciting M size! First public release! Check out the FCSII "MAYHEM" 5-fin design.
Medium size! First look! Check out the FCSII "MAYHEM" 5-fin design. The release is scheduled for next spring, but I will be releasing it in Japan for everyone who follows my blog. Until now, there was only L size, Finally, we are releasing a medium size that is more suitable for us Japanese people. This is what it looks like when worn as a tri-fin. Carbon is only placed inside the side fins, The center fin has carbon in the center of the fin. This structure allows for greater rebound and drive than glass alone. This is what it looks like when installed as a QUAD. There is no carbon fiber in the rear, but it is slightly tilted backwards. The shape helps you maintain speed without releasing the turn too quickly. The medium size is easy for anyone to use, so I'm looking forward to using it soon! This is the new L size fin. As you can see, it's a 5 fin set. Tri-fin setup. The L size has carbon on the outside. The front fin and QUAD rear fin are You can see the white honeycomb foam core from the inside, which is used to reduce weight. These new MAYAHEM fins, Once the exact size, price, release date, etc. have been decided, We'll let you know here on the blog! The M-size MAYAHEM fins were made by Nishii through both FCS in Japan and MAYHEM itself. We suggested that they make these fins because they would suit the board and body type needs of Japanese users, and they made them for us.
