Introducing a glass shop exclusively for LOST surfboards.
Today we'd like to introduce you to a glass shop that specializes in LOST surfboards. Located behind Mayhem Surf Shop in San Clemente, This is a laminate factory exclusively for LOST surfboards. We specialize in POLYESTER materials. Once the board is shaped, it is brought here and wrapped in resin and cloth. The carbon and fins are installed, and the sanding process is completed. Resin usage is measured in drums. The marks are stored like this so that you can easily cut out the ones you need. The long white box contains rolled glass cloth. The white cup is used to mix the resin, hardener and additives. I have installed FCS fin plugs. Whenever I come here, I see the marks of not only the shapers but also the glass craftsmen and sanding craftsmen. I think it's a good job to get into.

We have begun preparations to set up a desk space for Nishii at Lost Surfboard headquarters. Today, in preparation for this, we are cleaning up the room on the second floor where the desks separated by partitions will be located. With help from SHAW, Andy from Lost, and Rick, the cleaning was completed in one day. This is the wall of the board art room on the first floor. This is a board rack exclusively for teams and professional riders. Shane and a Gokin board. Share, Corey, and a bunch of Damien Hobgood (DEMO) Jordy Smith always has a steady stream of orders. There are many stock boards lined up here, but since it is winter, there are currently the fewest stock boards available throughout the year. Nishii received a used KOLOHE SUB-DRIVER of 5'11", I'd like to try riding it tomorrow.

Mayhem has to go to a trade show in Florida starting tomorrow, He was checking each order form one by one in the office. He is a hard worker. The shape room was filled with boards that were about to be master shaped. Outside, machine-cut blanks ready to be shaped are lined up on the board racks. Kolohe's father, Dino Andino, I came to LOST Surfboard Factory to order a board for my son. From France, glassers (people who roll resin) with special skills came to a glass factory specializing in Mayhem. I heard she was there so I went to meet her, but she wasn't there and only her apron was hanging outside to dry. We went to a surfboard warehouse in another location and found SHAW from the Luvsurf team ordering a board. Andy from LOST showed us the RNF-CLASSIC model that Dane Reynolds has ordered yet again. In CA, where the mini board boom has died down, we are seeing a lot of round nose boards like the RNF model this year. This RNF from MAYHEM can be said to be the original round nose board.

Luvsurf team rider Shaw at San Clemente Pier I heard he was judging so I went to check it out. There is a train station at the pier. Here is the station and a ticket vending machine. It's from above the pier. Due to the time difference, OC here is on Sunday. WSA contest trophy It's a boys and girls contest that only those under 16 can participate in. There are microgrom classes where parents accompany their children and push the board. It's a surf contest that the whole family can enjoy. A signature model is scheduled to be released by AUROLA Fins in 2012. This is a feature-length video of Chris Ward's contest and free surfing. This photo was taken when he won the RIPCURL contest held in Indonesia in 2011. Chris Ward is the best backside tube rider in the world. I remember surfing commentator Derek Hinds writing: The deep, wild surfing of the "Chris" track is cool. The way someone surfs reveals their personality. This video is 12 minutes long and well worth watching. It's the end of the year and I'm sure everyone is busy with various things, so please enjoy it when you have time. Come enjoy Nishii's "Christmas Day" Tokyo Bay boat surfing! Mr. B recently acquired his long-awaited LOST "SUB-DRIVER" XTR PARALLEL-FLEX. Mr. N enjoys easy, adult surfing with the LOST RIPQUEST POLY PARALLE-FLEX. Mr. H was LOST "AIRQUEST" XTR 3D CARBOLIC, I borrowed Mr. B's LOST "SUB-DRIVER" XTR PARALLEL-FLEX and it seemed to work well. Rider Hiroki rode the Placebo "BLACKSHEEP" FLEXLITE-TURBO. Taking advantage of its short length, he was able to do a 360-degree turn. Hiroki borrowed Mr. B's LOST "SUB-DRIVER" XTR PARALLEL-FLEX and again seemed to be doing well with the floater! Nishii said that today is Christmas day, Santa Claus design, I tried boat surfing.
