I got a new board and went for a spin, so I'd like to share my first impressions.
While I was in California, I got a new board and rode it, so I'd like to share my first impressions. The model is "PISCES," a different version of the "RNF'96" model. This board has a wider nose and a wider point at the front than the RNF'96 model. The rails are thinner than the RNF'96 model. This board has the shape design of the RNF'96 model replaced with the outline of the MR CALIFORNIA TWIN. So the ride felt closer to the MR CALIFORNIA TWIN than the RNF'96 model. Introducing the promotional video for the new model PISCES. A promotional video that's very Lost-esque has been released. It's a YouTube promo video for the new Pisies model. Cheeseburger, aka Keoni Nozaki of the LOST team, makes some amusing remarks. In the opening scene, where he gets his nose stuck in the web pool and wipes out, he says that when he gets older, he won't be able to surf well on a 26-liter board. Then, in a scene with Kay, he says that when he turns 25 and can't win heats, he should get a real job. And in a scene with Kelly, he says that when he turns 52, he'll have to retire from the World Tour. The promotional video is full of wry American humor. This board is really good, and Nishii has been keeping it with him ever since he got the "BLACK SHEEP BUILD." I always use it when surfing in Japan and also when traveling abroad. In Mason's new YouTube video, he's seen riding a heavy board made from agave wood, a classic Lost Mayhem model from Lost's RNF'96, on a slab barrel. This proves that the LOST RNF'96 model's all-around capabilities can be used in huge waves like this. The young guy who appears in this YouTube video is Dylan, who came to Hawaii from Mentawai, Indonesia to train.
