Model explanation

The Beanbag has a special bottom design that allows it to ride at speed across the face of the wave. It has a very strong vee bottom from the center of the board to the tail, a flat 1 inch at the tail end, and a kick tail from the center of the quad back fin to the tail.

This design gives the board lift and glide. It looks great catching waves, but the wide, round outline gives it stability and glide. The rails are rounded, allowing for unique and radical top-to-bottom surfing.

The straight rail lines and strong vee on the bottom propel the board forward while also providing hold for tight carving maneuvers.

Despite its short length, it drives well, accelerates, and gives you a sense of incredible speed. The wide tail makes it feel like it's floating like a UFO. It looks similar to a couch potato, but the "floating" feeling is different.

Once you get used to riding it, you'll be able to control it with ease. It's the shortest, widest, and thickest MAYHEM board to date, allowing you to turn tightly even when the waves aren't too high. This board's tight and loose performance is what makes it so special, but that looseness goes beyond that of a couch potato or surf skate. This model is also good in wind waves after an onshore wind blows, the Sea of Japan, and onshore conditions.

The board is short and round, so you can turn the board even in places where the lip isn't too tight. Even if you're a head-sized surfer, you can ride it once you get used to it, so you can ride almost any normal wave size in Japan. You can even take off on small, uneven waves that you wouldn't be able to get going on a longboard with. This is because it's wide, round, and has an ultra-wide tail. The way it slides is also unique; instead of taking off in a line that descends to the bottom, it glides sideways like a longboard from takeoff. It moves loosely, so larger fins are recommended.

The Beanbag is a board that makes you want to ride even small waves. It's a small wave killer that makes you want to ride small waves more than anyone else.

Its looseness surpasses that of a couch potato, so when you're trying to hit the curl, don't do it too hard, but be gentle and let it spin along rather than just hitting it. Turning at the top of the wave automatically frees the fins, and it's fun to slide loosely and line the top. This is the Beanback, a model that lets you enjoy riding small waves more than anyone else.
