Model explanation
LOST DIABLO-X is now available from PLACEBO! Ride it with FLEXLITE!
The design, focused on paddle and takeoff performance, inherited from the original Japan-only models "CONQUEST" and "TABLET" by LOST and PLACEBO, has evolved and been passed down. The focus on paddle performance makes paddling faster and easier. The Japan-only model also features a "dolphin grab rail," which makes it easier to grip the buoyant rails of the board when dolphining, a now-indispensable feature.

The DIABLO-X has a solid center thickness, but the rails are thin, making it the thinnest rail shape in the series to date. The rails are designed to be so thin you might wonder if the board's CL value is really that great, which allows the rails to penetrate and increase control even in rough, hard-surfaced waves with bad winds. Of course, sharper rail control is possible in flat, undulating waves.
The greatest performance feature of this model is its maneuverability. The rails are much easier to tilt than previous models, allowing for sharp turns even on the flat faces that are common in Japanese waves. The thin rails make it easy to glide through the waves on a high line, so you can now enjoy exhilarating rides through damper sections that you couldn't get through before.

We are pleased to announce that DIABLO-X has the best mobility in the series.
The maneuverability of the DIABLO-X is of course excellent in good waves, but it really shines in Japan's beach breaks, where the wave breaks can change suddenly. The tail design is a super swallow tail, so even if the tail floats at high speeds, it's easy to control by holding it down with your back foot. It also features the series' traditional "elevator wing" for quick response. The elevator wing has been updated with a sharp edge, and just by looking at the actual shape design created by MAYHEM, you can imagine the agility of riding it.

The rocker design is based on the curve of LOST's top PRO-FORMANCE model, "DRIVER," and the curve has been softened to suit the wave conditions in Japan and take into account the physical strength and level of Japanese surfers around the age of 40.
FCS2 5 fins are standard.
This is a hybrid fin position that allows you to enjoy both QUAD and TRI.
You can also ride it with TWIN+1!
This model was created by MAYHEM of LOST, a world-class cutting-edge surfboard designer who has sent five surfers to the WSL Men's Championship, and Nishii of Love Surf, who have spent a lot of time researching, developing, and test riding it, specializing in paddle and take-off performance.
The DIABLO-X is a comfortable board with good driving performance, agility, and quick paddling. It is designed for older men who love the point nose board design that they have been riding for many years.

Nishii has already incorporated various board technologies into the DIABLO-X, but the rails of the model itself are thin, so it doesn't feel thick, and he can confidently say that it has a ``sharp-moving'' design that is agile and has better athletic performance.
The traditional "elevator wing" that is installed to assist in switching the rail work of thick boards is also long and sharp.
This board is aimed at adult surfers around the age of 40, and not only will it allow you to ride many waves and float even on crowded Sunday mornings, the busiest time of the week, but it will also allow you to ride many waves in a short amount of time and enjoy surfing with a smile, and it has the athletic performance to satisfy even advanced surfers!
The "dome deck design" gets thinner and thinner from the center to the rails, so be sure to check out the actual board design!

Get your hands on the DIABLO-X, use its buoyancy to your advantage, and ride more waves than anyone else at the surf spot with the highest wave information, which is always crowded on weekends, making sharp turns, and heading home happy and with a smile on your face!
