This customer lives right in front of the ocean and is in the fortunate position of being able to decide when to surf and go into the ocean whenever he wants.
He had been using a wide, buoyant board until now, but a fellow surfer who goes into the ocean with him recommended he switch to a new board, so he came to our shop to choose one. He wanted a performance board with good movement, so we recommended the world's number one 5'8" DRIVER2.0.

He came to our shop looking for a board that would be good for bigger waves and would be a step up for him. His current board was short at 5'6", so we recommended the 5'10" DRIVER2.0, which has slightly less buoyancy than his current board, as a board that would improve control at speed and eliminate the instability he felt when surfing with larger boards.

He first consulted us over the phone, and during the conversation we explained that we currently had stock of the ROCKET REDUX in the desired size of 5'4" or 5'5", so he quickly came to the store. After carefully comparing the two sizes, he decided to ride the 5'5" size, which Nishii had recommended and which is a little more volume than the board he had been riding until now.
