He's been doing a lot of surfing locally with a variety of boards, but he wanted to enjoy the conditions with less power on the inside, so this time he came to our shop with his sights set on the "RNF RETRO '19." He said he'll be able to enjoy it right away at his home spot, with the deck pad properly installed.

He currently owns a slightly wider 5'5 all-around model, but this time he came to our store looking for a model more specialized for small waves. The board he was interested in was the "RNF RETRO '18."
As a result, he purchased the 5'3" RNF RETRO '18, which allows him to move well even in small waves.

Although he hasn't been going to the beach much in a while, he's been going out more often with his son, and he was looking for a board that would be easy to take off on and perform fine movements on. He doesn't like boards with thick rails, so I recommended the 5'9" RNF-RETRO18, which has thinner rails and a tighter turning radius.

He said that his current board would sometimes get caught in the waves and he couldn't get out of the soup, so he was looking for a board that was stable, maneuverable, and had a fast takeoff. He also looked at POLY's RETRO REVAMP, but chose the PLACEBO because of its lightness and durability.

I was looking for a board that I could use when the waves were small in the Shonan and Minami Boso areas.
Apparently he was watching LUVSURF's YouTube channel and was interested in the product after seeing professional golfer Nishii using it with great effect.
