Located behind Mayhem Surf Shop in San Clemente,
This is a laminate factory exclusively for LOST surfboards.
We specialize in POLYESTER materials.
Once the board is shaped, it is brought here and wrapped in resin and cloth.
The carbon and fins are installed, and the sanding process is completed.
Resin usage is measured in drums.
The marks are stored like this so that you can easily cut out the ones you need.
The long white box contains rolled glass cloth.
The white cup is used to mix the resin, hardener and additives.
I have installed FCS fin plugs.
Whenever I come here, I see the marks of not only the shapers but also the glass craftsmen and sanding craftsmen.
