Shonan gets super crowded, so we're looking for weekend surfers to try this out! We've just received a limited edition tint resin board, the one and only in the world! The ORCA model is a model that allows for easy and fast takeoff in small waves, and is made by mixing colors into the resin and glass laminating it in a two-tone white and purple!
When MAYHEM went to Europe, their sense was recognized, and they were invited by MAYHEM to come to San Clemente from France for a limited time. The two surfboard glass craftsmen known as Lucky Bastards are Paul on the right and Traistian on the left.
We have just received one of the 60 bottles they glassed for a limited time at the MAYHEM glass factory in San Clemente.
The model is the ORCA, a Japan-exclusive model, making it a rare and valuable board with double limited editions.
I heard that this board was being glassed, so I took some photos the last time I went to San Clemente, so please take a look.

The glass was carefully prepared, taking more than twice as long as a regular clear board.
The work of wrapping the glass cloth around the wing is truly a miracle!
