I got up at 5am and finished setting up. There was no one around, but as time went on, there was less space to sit.

Kolohe appears!

Coco Ho also practices in the morning, and of course it's on a MAYHEM board.

Carissa is also in the morning practice group.

He is Brazilian Alejo Moniz

Mike Parsons, a former WCT surfer and Kolohe's coach, and Kolohe's board

Both are FCS2 plugs.

Kolohe and Mike were full of energy and you could see they were concentrating before their heat.

Kolohe was taking off on most of the waves that came his way.

On the other hand, JW carefully chose his waves.

Kolohe performing tricks without fear of a wipeout

JW was attacking the left wave from the backside again today.

JW had many rides where he couldn't decide on the finish.

If JW's last ride had been 7.5 points or more, he would have been able to turn the tables.

Kolohe before the score for JW's Last Ride was announced

Last year's winner was defeated due to lack of points. He looks disappointed.

We will report on this board, which has a new system, at a later date.

Even though he lost, JW was bombarded with signs and KA was on the table.

This KA board is 5'10".

Next up is Ginger Lawson

I tried my best but I lost in this round.

He's this guy with blue eyes.

This is Alejo. I was losing until the last few minutes, but I made a comeback with my last ride!
We'll be playing Nat Young in tomorrow's quarterfinals.

Taylor Wright, riding a SUB-DRIVER magic board in the women's category. She won. Moving on to tomorrow's semi-final.
Apparently, he treasures this board. It has turned yellow.

Carissa in a best friend showdown with Coco.
Coco couldn't catch a good wave,
It was a heat where only Carissa was catching waves.

Carissa makes good use of the right of way and doesn't let Coco get in the way. They're best friends, but they're also opponents in the game.

With Carissa who won easily,

Coco, who lost, is especially popular with girls. She came up with a smile on her face.
So stay tuned for tomorrow's report on the final day!
