These photos were taken on a day when the HURLEY PRO was waiting for the next swell and there were many lay days.
This photo was taken after the HURLEY PRO finals and the end of the contest.
The board size is 5'7". Although it is short, the board is wide and thick.
The board has a great balance of buoyancy and is quick to paddle.
If the takeoff is fast and the waves are not too steep, it can handle waves up to about half a head in size.
Once you turn 40, your physical strength will decline with age and you will no longer be able to ride a racing board.
As you get older, make sure to choose the right surfboard model.
