Introducing LOST's "SUPER-DIABLO"!
This model is basically the same board design as the 2016 new model "GOBLIN" that was recently revealed on the blog.
The difference is the tail design, which is a wing squash tail.
Mayhem goes by the sub-name "SUPER-DIABLO," which is also written on the board.
This "SUPER-DIABLO" = "GOBLIN" is thick and buoyant, so takeoff and paddling are extremely fast.
This is an evolved version of the "FISHQUEST," and the difference in its improved performance is not only the significantly improved "maneuverability," but also the addition of a moderate amount of nose rocker and thinner rails, making it a board that you can "push forward" on when turning.
There are many boards on the surfboard market, including Japan-exclusive models of LOST and PLACEBO, thick boards with good buoyancy that imitate the CONQUEST and DIABLO series, flat, wide, and enlarged boards, and boards that are sold without being tested.However, these boards are very different from the boards that are often used by people who complain that the paddle won't move, it won't move, it won't bend, or it's heavy.
Mayhem hates more than anything to be told that "this board is no good," so they spent years creating prototypes, test riding them, and completing the "LOST Japan-exclusive model" to suit Japanese waves and users.

While maintaining the concept of the series, the buoyancy allows for quick paddling and outboard movement just as smoothly as with a long board. The "dolphin through" action is easy to grip thanks to
the dolphin grab rails , and the short length makes it easy to sink the board deep despite its high buoyancy.
It's not designed for big waves, but it's great for riding waves of this size, regardless of your level.
