We would like to introduce you to DSC, a high-performance surfing training gym attended by everyone from junior pros to WQS and WCT surfers.
Kei-kun also comes to the club every day in between surfing.
DSC is located in the surfboard factory district of San Clemente.

There were countless different types of training.
Standing on one foot on a wobbly round device, while balancing,
Play catch with a super heavy rubber ball.
The training menu changes daily to suit each individual.
You stand on one foot on a squishy rubber board and place the ball in the hole of the color designated by the trainer. By switching your feet and hands and doing this in this position, you can train your body.
Kei is currently suffering from an injury to the ligament in his right knee, so he didn't do any hard training this time, but he was still drenched in sweat.
DSC's Scott is, of course, a surfer himself.
Here, we not only provide training, but also ice and tape injured or unwell parts of the body and provide maintenance.
It would be great if there was a facility like this in Japan that caters specifically to surfers!
