I'm sure you're all already familiar with Kei Kobayashi, who has been appearing on Luvsurf TV and 24's blog since his days as a KID surfer, but he's now 18 years old.
After completing the WSL Junior Tour, he has been competing in the same QS series as adults since this year.
Despite his busy schedule, he wants to take part in as many JPSA races as possible in 2017, and has entered this weekend's Ibaraki JPSA race and the following week's Chiba race.
