▪️Check out the explanatory video from Placebo's "
RE-LOADED " designer, "MAYHEM."
The new model from Presebo is the
"RE-LOADED." The reason we decided to design the "
RE-LOADED " is because we wanted a wider range of surfers to ride it.
"RE-LOADED" comes in two sizes: 6'2" and 6'4".
The 6'2" is 22 inches wide, 3 inches thick, and has a CL of 45.5 liters. I think even I could enjoy this 6'2".
And the 6'4" is 22.5 inches wide, a little over 3 inches thick, and has a CL value of 49 liters. This one seems better for me. I guess this one is for switching from a longboard,

Surfers who ride beginner softboards, longboards, funboards over 7 feet, and retro-style boards often want to switch to standard 6-foot boards, but they don't want to suddenly switch to high-performance boards with pointed noses.

The
"RE-LOADED " is perfect for those needs.
"RE-LOADED" means to bring back the passion of riding a shortboard.

The funboard-style nose design has a gentle rocker that tapers towards the nose, and the grab rail allows for dolphin-through even on boards with considerable buoyancy.
The RE-LOADED tail is based on the V3ROCKET double bumper rocket tail and is sure to be a joy to ride.
The center-to-back has a longboard-like outline that allows for performance-style turns, and the center
-to-front has a longboard-like outline that lets you catch waves like a longboard, but the Reloaded is only 6'2" or 6'4" long, which is closer to shortboard length. The
Reloaded will seamlessly transition you from a 9-foot longboard or 7-foot funboard to a shortboard.

For surfers who have stopped surfing for a few years, for example, getting married or starting a job and stopping surfing for a few months or years, this is the board for you if you want to get back into surfing and don't want to ride a longboard or funboard, but want a shortboard anyway.
This
"RE-LOADED" falls into the shortboard category.

The board is over 3 inches thick, but because of the tapered rails it feels like it's about 2.5 inches when you hold it, so you can surf using the rails properly rather than just sliding along the face of the wave.
By combining this rail with a double bump and rocket tail,
It's surprisingly easy to lip. You can hit the lip and do roundhouse cutbacks, so it's definitely fun. Not only can you take off, but you can also do shortboard surfing.
The RE-LOADED is a Flexlite, so it's a great step-up board. You can start surfing again with this board, use it for a few months or years, and sell it for a high price because the Flexlite is strong, and then you can step up to a higher performance model.
The Flexlite construction of Presebo surfboards makes them strong and one of their attractions is that they retain their value better than surfboards made from other materials.
