Nishii reports from LOST Surfboards in San Clemente, California!

This is the Magic Board "DRIVER" that Mason Ho rode. If a Magic Board is ridden by a team rider and they want the same board, it is returned to the shaping room like this and a clone board is made. This is a glass factory exclusively for LOST surfboards. They seemed very busy as orders for boards had reached an all-time high. We work in two shifts, with people divided into daytime and nighttime shifts. Carbon tail patch developed by LOST. The carbon is concentrated in the rear heel and toe areas, which are the most heavily loaded areas, to protect the board from dents. These are the boards placed in front of the airbrush room. The expected completion date is written. "Terry Singh" will be working on it. The ARCTIC foam with the polar bear mark is produced in a large factory in Mexico. The foam is beautiful and evenly packed, making it easy to shape and glass. LOST mainly uses it because of its stable quality. This is the operation room for the AKU machine that cuts the blanks (forms). The machine is controlled by a computer monitor in the foreground. A poster hanging in the operations room. Chris Ward, Corey Lopez, and Kolohe Andino. Yesterday, the board of "RNF-RETRO" was released to IG simultaneously around the world, cut by AKU machine. There are lots of them lined up! This is the pre-glass board with the completed RNF-RETRO shape, it's beautiful! The person who edited the riding video for "RNF-RETRO" is "Zion", a staff member at LOST USA. The RNF-RETRO riding video will be released on this blog on Tuesday, April 24th, Japan time. Stay tuned!
