This new model is a slimmer version of the popular Puddle Jumper series, with a lower CL value and improved performance.
The original PJ's wide nose has been sharpened. It features a shorter ride and a wider outline. This new outline allows it to surf like a normal performance board. It's the most aggressive of the PJ series models, yet it's easy to paddle and surf, making it a fun board with a quick turn.
The board design is attractive, with a sleek outline that conceals its generous volume. It also has built-in speed. Riding the tail creates a responsive, top-to-bottom rotation. It's like having a motor, delivering high speeds right out of the gate in small waves. The deep, long vee-equipped tail area inspires confidence with high-speed control. The calculated rocker design, width for stability, and deep, single-concave midsection create more speed in small waves than you'd expect from this board.
It's fast, agile, fast, loose and precise to surf, but also playful.
