This Goof Board comes as a set with a cylindrical rolling pole and a board.
This is an indoor training item that helps you develop balance by placing a board on top of a pole and standing on it.
Depending on how you use it, you can really train your inner muscles!
You can train the muscles necessary for surfing from the comfort of your own home.
It's a good place to train when there are no waves or when the weather gets cooler.
The Goofboard can be used in two ways.
The first is training with the rolling pole held "sideways" to the board, as shown in the photo.
At first, it's easier to get a feel for it if you start by training in this "sideways" position.
The second is training in a "vertical" orientation.
This "portrait" orientation is especially difficult!!
It allows you to train your weight transfer between your toes and heels, which is an important part of surfing.
*Please use on a soft surface such as a carpet.
*At first, please hold onto a chair or table when using.
