C4 technology is a unique surfboard, developed through a collaboration between Florida epoxy researcher Drew Badgett and world-class surfboard designer Matt Mayhem of Lost in California.
The "C4" is a surfboard made from shaped EPS blanks, with a cork sheet covering the entire deck surface and vacuum-glazed with EPOXY resin.
The suspension effect provided by the cork material was developed to reduce vibrations and shocks caused by rough seas, allowing for comfortable turns without loss of speed.
Even if the sea surface is rough due to onshore or crosswinds, surfing with the C4 allows you to enjoy smooth, high-speed turns as if you were surfing on flat waves.
The stringerless EPS blank has no wooden stringer in the center, and is finished with an elaborate vacuum glass process using lightweight and resilient cork, extremely strong EPOXY resin, and cloth.
Not only does it have the luxurious feel that only the flexible C4 can offer, with a perfect fit for the waves, but it also allows you to enjoy speedy running and comfortable turns.
