This is a model for high performance surfing even in small waves.
The most noticeable thing about the appearance is the outline of the tail.
It's a wide block tail design.
It's similar to the designs that were popular in the late 1980s.
Although it may not be obvious, a slightly flatter tail rocker is also important.

The tail end has a V-bottom
This straight center rocker provides excellent acceleration when going straight.
The rail rocker creates a deep concave in the front fin and a V-bottom in the tail.
This combination creates a rail rocker along the edge, including the back foot line.
So it's easy to move, and when you push the tail, it accelerates.
The tail rocker is a little flat, so to balance it out, the nose rocker is slightly reduced from the stock.
Even when turning with rails, this nose rocker fits and allows you to carve smoothly.
