KI Surf's eldest son, Shouto, is based in Iioka, north of Chiba. Two custom-ordered "DRIVER2.0" skates in kid size from Japan had been shaped.

This was in the shape room at MAYHEM. This is the board of professional surfer Arashi Murata. Freshly cut on an AKU machine, the Mayhem is from the wave pool in Waco, Texas. It will be back in San Clemente next week to be shaped. The model is "DRIVER2.0".

Custom orders for high-performance models from Japan are accepted. A glass factory in Santa Ana used by the A-Team, including Kolohe and Carissa. The glass is then transported to Inertia, a world-famous and popular glass factory, where it is made into the highest quality, lightweight glass.

The glass factories were all very crowded. It currently takes 3 to 4 months for the product to arrive in Japan after it has been shaped.
