The model name "BEAN BAG" is a bag filled with beans, and you can sit, lie down, This is the thing that changes to fit your body. I'm sure you've all seen it or even sat on it. The bean inside changes shape freely to fit the body. This is an interesting board that allows you to ride freely on the waves, fitting them perfectly to the waves. Nishii's dark resin tint colored LOST "BEAN BAG" model is I was feeling great and was riding small waves in California for a while. Since it seems like it will be used a lot in Japanese waves, I put it on a plane and brought it to Japan. I took these two to the crowded Shonan area last weekend, The waves were waist-high, so I jumped in and had a great time. Although it is short, it is wide, so it is a stable and fast paddle performance without wobbling. You can ride a lot of small waves without feeling any discomfort. Mayhem is the original design! The model with the "ROCKET" tail is back! The LOST "ROCKET" model is on par with Mayhem's "RNF" model. This is a surfboard design that continues to be copied all over the world. Do you know the story behind the creation of "ROCKET"? Hawaiian and former World Tour surfer Noah Budreau is now a surfboard shaper. About 10 years ago, he shaped a small, easy-to-ride 5'3" board for Schoen Beschen's eldest son, Noah. When Schoen Beschen took the board for fun, he was raving about it! The feel was so different from any board he had ever ridden, he was amazed and showed the board to Mayhem, who then completed the design. That's why the original LOST ROCKET model is marked as a Schoen Beschen 5-Star model. This "ROCKET" tail has similar effects to a diamond tail, and compared to a SQUASH tail, the rail length of the board is shorter, making it shorter than the actual length of the board, allowing for better maneuverability. The protruding protrusions on both ends help catch the water surface, react instantly, and create an opportunity to change direction, even when gliding at high speed. Quiver Killer This board is an extension of our recently released and very popular Short Round model. Many people, myself included, enjoy short rounds and it has become clear that short, relatively flat, fat, round boards are readily enjoyable in small waves, but they do have their limitations. While in Bali this summer, I received a custom request for a round tail short round. Local and visiting surfers wanted a board that suited the daily waves in Indonesia and beyond. Having produced a few boards like this, I inevitably began to tweak the design further. At this point, they have become so different that it is no longer appropriate to continue calling them by the same name. We started with a short round, added a few inches to the length, added a modest amount of rocker throughout, and pulled the nose in just a little. We also changed the tail to a rounded thumb tail to prevent the area around the front fin from becoming too narrow, and kept the overall outline and rocker line to a minimal and simple curve. The surface area and volume remain sufficient for speed and feel lively, rather than minimal, crawling surf. The rounded tail, narrowed nose area, and added rocker prevent the rail from getting too far in small waves, giving you control, making it easy to get into the pocket, and allowing for power surfing in powerful waves.It is designed for precise and sure-footed waves, but also for a wide range of free and easy waves. [SURF WAX] In the past, surf wax wasn't much help when surfing in cold water. Today, wax mixes are available for almost any water temperature and surfing style. Softer waxes work well for cold water, while harder waxes work well for warmer water. Some surfers apply a base coat to their board and then two layers of a second wax on top. "I use a hard base coat, then Brazilian FU Wax on top, and I'm good to go. The Brazilian stuff sticks better than any other wax. I'd slide all over the place without it," says Yadin Nicol. On shortboards, most surfers wax about 75% of the board. The most important area is where the front foot rests. "I also wax the nose of the board," says Nicol, who is known for his aerials. On longboards, you'll be walking towards the nose and doing hang ten moves, so you'll basically wax the whole board. [SEX WAX is Dream Wax, Sticky Bumps is Punto Wax] FU Wax originated in Brazil and dates back to 2011. There's a somewhat ridiculous theory: on the CT and QS, shhh! shhh! It was a secret weapon: the spitball. The surfing industry hadn't changed much in years. But after Kelly landed a full rotor air on the Quick Pro to beat Taj, everyone rushed to get their hands on this wax. How well does it stick to your feet? It turned out to be a very useful product. This prompted Sticky Bumps and SEX Wax to sense a crisis and develop new products. SEX Wax (Dream Wax) and Sticky Bumps (Punto Wax) were developed. While these could be applied to boards, neither had a good formula. The waxes were sticky, spattered, and moved, becoming sticky like a melted jelly, ruining things like t-shirts while carrying a board. As a result, FU Wax became more popular, boasting numerous benefits beyond just grip. "No one will believe you at first, but you have to try it first."
