Nishii was established in a place called Palm Springs in California. The new wave pool that's the talk of the town I took the kids to the Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC). This is a resort in the desert, a 10-minute drive from Los Angeles and San Clemente. It is about a two-hour drive inland. For $200 an hour you can catch about 20 waves. Two surfers, one regular and one goofy, can ride one wave, one on each side.
