We have started displaying sample boards of the popular new Placebo model "RNF-EVOLUTION" in-store! Placebo's long-awaited new model, the Lancer Evolution! We receive reservations and size inquiries every day! Thank you very much. We received many requests from everyone wanting to see the board, so we rushed to fly in the board that Chris Ward actually rides from San Clemente! It's now on display in the store starting today. All three sizes are available: 5'11", 6'1", and 6'3"!!! Equipped with dolphin grab rails! The grab rail is installed so that the round nose can be immersed deeper when dolphin-thruing. This allows your dolphin-thru to sink deeper under the soup than usual, shortening the time you are caught in the waves and allowing you to head out to sea more easily. It also prevents slippage during takeoff. ■ New Flip Nose The Mayhem features a nose rocker that flips sharply from the tip of the round nose up to about 25cm, making it less likely to pearl, a common problem with round nose boards without rocker. Chris Ward's feedback on Mayhem was that he wanted the nose to drop to the bottom to prevent the board from scooping the wave face when flipping the board over in deep sections of the wave, and the Mayhem was extremely effective. Starting tomorrow, reservations will be open for the much talked about Placebo "2012 model." From the very beginning, Chris Ward fell in love with the new RNF model that Mayhem was designing and developing for Japan. He immediately joined the development team, provided feedback to Mayhem and repeatedly took test rides. It was Chris Ward who suggested making her his own production model. Yesterday, Chris won the Volcom Pipeline contest in Hawaii. He has achieved three amazing high scores: 9.57, 9.43, and 9.0! It's amazing that he got 19 points in the best two waves. Here's a look at that heat. Last year we made it to the finals, We're looking forward to seeing Chris's performance as he excels in heavy conditions and big barrels. The waves are still small at LOWERS today, but it feels like there are more people here than there have been in the last few days. Maybe it's because the waves are smaller elsewhere. T-STREET also has small waves like this, The waves at San Clemente Pier were small and no one was surfing. Today at the LOST Surfboard Factory, A large amount of Arctic Foam was brought in. In no time the factory was filled with foam. This is the colorful laminated LOST logo. The oval fin plug of this POWER BASE fin system is Kolohe boards can also be fitted with FCS fins. AKU machine cutting an XS size Scorcher model measuring 4'5". This is a circular cutter designed specifically for POLYESTER foam on AKU machines. This cutter spins around, Controlled by a PC, the boards are cut and shaped to the size entered for each model. The finished rack was custom ordered by Love Surf. ONDA's board was finished shaping.

The size has calmed down a bit in the San Clemente area today. T-STREET is an overhead long wall like this. Here at UPPERS, the intervals between sets are long, but the wind is weak and the waves are clean. When I went down to the beach, it was Saturday so there were more people there than on weekdays. Looking closely from the beach, it was still about this size, but it was smaller than yesterday. I recently went to the AGENDA show and I haven't introduced the interesting tees that LOST exhibited, so Here are Nishii's top three favorites. I'll Quit Surfing…When Pigs Fly. "When the pigs fly, I stop surfing." I feel like I've seen this before! Who was it?
