"DOUBLE DART" Highly resilient, lightest, strongest and fastest board! Carbon & S-glass hybrid "BLACK DART" fabric + stringerless 1.5lb high density EPS + epoxy resin! The surfboard is shaped around the rail edges of the surfboard, with a 1.5 oz high density EPS core separated into upper and lower sections, and the entire surfboard is completely encased in two vacuum glass carbon fiber shells. To avoid being too stiff or hard, the DOUBLE DART has been designed with the rail wraps where the upper and lower parts overlap as short as possible, with only a 4-ounce glass fiber cover layer completely enveloping the wraps and rails. This subtle rail wrap helps the DOUBLE DART surfboard bend and twist more freely. The quick response and instant memory flex of the BLACK DART carbon fiber allows the board to take on the desired line at top speed, hitting the wave and bouncing back with ease to respond to the rider's commands. The response makes the surfboard feel like it's alive! "BLACK SHEEP BUILT" A light, strong, high-speed material that flexes and rebounds with great suppleness! Made with epoxy resin + stringerless 1.5lb EPS foam + Triax carbon! Featuring an ultra-lightweight 1.5 lb (680g) EPS blank as its core and our exclusive Triax high-quality carbon fiber, it's a material designed to make for a fast, responsive and lively surfboard. Triax carbon is glass laminated with epoxy resin on the surface to provide both durability and performance. The deck rails and bottom are not wrapped around the edges, but rather around the edges, and the Triax is encased in 4oz fiberglass, giving it quick response, flexible flex underfoot and overall feel. The performance of BLACK SHEEP BUILT surfboards comes from Triax carbon, which combines a three-axis layup. The rail-to-rail twist is enhanced and controlled by the non-crimped multi-directional carbon. The 0° fiber from tip to tail acts as a live stringer, allowing the board to flex smoothly as you step on it, increasing rebound speed and quick response. The +30/-30° fibers, which are angled rather than 90 degrees to the stringer line from nose to tail, control the twist and return of the entire surfboard and convert it into speed. Because it is not woven, the fibers are flatter and contain less resin, resulting in a smoother, stronger and more natural flex, reducing weaknesses such as creases, cracks and breaks in the deck surface.
