NEW TECHNOLOGY! PLACEBO "RE-LOADED" DURA-FLEX is now in stock! Duraflex is a new eco-friendly technology from PLACEBO. The core of this new composite surfboard, which provides the long-lasting strength and colorfast finish that the PLACEBO brand is known for, is an EPS foam called AERO-BLANK. After custom shaping the AERO-BLANK EPS foam, three layers of 4+4+6oz are applied to the deck surface, and two layers of 4+6oz cloth are hand-glazed with epoxy resin to the bottom surface. Built-in half-inch carbon stringers run straight from nose to tail on both sides of the board, eliminating twisting and providing a solid ride. The UV-resistant white paint on the surface is a long-lasting eco-finish that provides semi-permanent protection from sun damage.
