Hello everyone. This is Yuji, a staff member. It's been a while since I last wrote a wave report, I went to Katakai Shintsutsumi the other day, The waves at that time and the new wetsuit I just got I would like to share a usage report with you. On this day at Shintsutsumi, the fish were about the size of a chestnut and the wind was moderately northeasterly. When you get on the SET from the outside, it immediately goes back to undulations in the middle section, so I focused on the inside waves, but it was a wide break with few breaks. It was the typical mediocre conditions where you had to choose between speed and slowness. On days like this, the fast initial velocity of my favorite V-3 STEALTH really shines. Even in a wide position, you can still make a single action. And what I'd like to introduce today is a new wetsuit I recently got. This is ANCHOR's "WARM CAVE." This photo is not so good This was taken at the store the day before. It's a type of suit called a light dry suit with a front zip. This is my first experience wearing semi-dry winter clothing, as I've only ever worn them until now. My first honest impression is simply, "Amazing!" It's a new era for winter suits. Until now, if you have a semi-dry jacket for midwinter that has high heat retention, Naturally, it was thick and heavy, but this "WARM CAVE" It's made entirely of jersey, with the shoulders and sleeves being 3mm thick and the rest of the garment being 4mm thick, so it's extremely light. In addition, the fabric used is the highest quality Luftex-α except for the shoulders and sleeves, It's very soft and also keeps you warm. The reason why it is thinner than a semi-dry jacket but not cold is because of its waterproof performance. The hyper neck prevents water from entering through the neck. The front zipper is a stretch coil zipper that is watertight yet lightweight and soft. The wrists and ankles are tight enough to provide excellent waterproofing. However, it is not completely waterproof like a dry suit, The water gets in and out just right. It's so slight that it's like a semi-dry bag getting wet. It doesn't feel cold, but rather comfortable and not too tight. I go to Chiba Kita every winter, and from now on I'll be visiting WARM CAVE . It's warmer than a 5mm semi-dry jacket, yet light, soft, and offers excellent athletic performance. This lightweight dry suit is like a dream. I think there are still many people who are hesitant to wear dry suits, This "WARM CAVE" is easy to wear and warm, You can surf comfortably.
