PLACEBO "CONQUEST EL-DIBALO" session on the biggest waves
Takuya caught the biggest wave on the last day of his CA trip. Nishii and Ayaka All three of them are riding PLACEBO CONQUEST EL-DIABLO boards, all 5'8". Nishii caught the biggest wave of the day. According to the wave information on Surfline, it was 8 feet high. When the waves get bigger, if you paddle slowly, the waves move faster and you won't be able to keep up when taking off, so you need to paddle faster than in small waves. That's why I chose the buoyant PLACEBO 5'8" CONQUEST EL-DIABLO FLEXLITE-BOOST. It was a busy Saturday morning, so I chose the PLACEBO CONQUEST EL-DIABLO to paddle faster than anyone else and give me the advantage to catch a wave. The waves were big and there was backwash as shown here! Sena switched to AUROLA BAMBOO fins and his board now moves more smoothly. Takuya here is riding the same PLACEBO 5'8" CONQUEST EL-DIABLO FLEXLITE-BOOST as Nishii. Weekend mornings are crowded all over the world, so a board with good paddling performance will allow you to catch lots of waves and enjoy surfing. A board that can paddle very fast and ride a lot of waves, whether the waves are big or small. We recommend the PLACEBO "CONQUEST EL-DIABLO" model, which will continue to be sold with the same specifications in 2016!
Learn moreIntroducing the LOST "SUB-BUGGY-JP" Carbon Wrap board
Today Nishii rode the LOST ``SUB-BUGGY-JP'' CARBON WRAP specification board. Nate seemed to be having a great time riding at LOWERS yesterday, so I immediately pulled it out of the board rack and put on the new M-size fins from MAYHEM . I would really like to ride it with my favorite QUAD setting, but this board was made for testing CARBON WRAP boards, so it doesn't have 5 fins. I rode the Lowers, the best waves that really let you know the quality of your board. The waves were the biggest I've had during my stay, and the Upper side was closed out. We have received many questions asking, "What is Carbon Wrap?", so we thought we would share the information. This new technology, CARBON WRAP, is patent pending. Wrap means to wrap or to encase. The carbon wraps around the deck from the bottom. By wrapping it in, the back stance Nishii's CARBON WRAP specifications are still in the testing stage. Currently, LOST riders are testing the carbon material and line placement. The EPS foam is stringerless, so it's very flexible. Testers whisper that the wrapped carbon makes for better surfing. It's still in the testing phase, but LOST plans to announce and release a better product, so stay tuned!
Learn moreNishii's magic board LOST "SUB-BUGGY-JP" model is doing great!
Nishii's magic board LOST "SUB-BUGGY-JP" model is doing great! It is exactly the same size as the standard model and comes airbrushed in the black concept design color. Of course, the fins are the original FCSII5 fins, and I ride with QUAD fins. The fins installed are FCSII "MAYHEM" size M. This 5'8" model has good balance and is It is easier to climb up and down the top and bottom than the large FCSII "MAYHEM". Nate Illemans from LOST was the best today on his carbon lapboard. Pakar Coffin and Yadin Nicol from the CI team were also there. He seemed interested in Nate's LOST carbon lap board and was checking it out. Speaking of which, Nishii also has a carbon lap board that is the same as this superb 5'8" SUB-BUGGY-JP, and after watching Nate surfing he felt like giving it a try, so he's going to give it a go. We recommend the LOST "SUB-BUGGY-JP" model! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/models/lost/sub-buggy-jp/sub-buggy-jp

Surfing Life has released a video of Nobuyuki Osawa riding the "LOST" and "PLACEBO" surfboards! Nobuyuki Osawa is a talented surfer who recently won the JPSA. Watch him ride with power and beautiful lines, bringing out the full potential of his LOST and PLACEBO surfboards. The board LOST rides is the standard size 5'4" SHORT ROUND II POLYESTER. After curving at the top, he quickly slammed the board into the lip, and as the wave came up he fell flat on his stomach, and I thought that was the end of it, but he took off again in the shore break and easily added another hit on the lip, bringing out the full potential of the SHORT ROUND II. Check out the LOST "SHORT ROUND II" video here! The board that the PLACEBO sits on is the CONQUEST EL-DIABLO model, which has been the most popular PLACEBO model since its release in 2015 and has performance that exceeds the concept of the TABLET and Tablet 2 models. It has been decided that it will continue to be sold with the same board material and FLEXLITE-BOOST specifications from 2016 onwards. The board flexes flexibly and springs back without twisting, making good use of the board material's performance. He's shown off his ability to air out of weak whitewater with little power and carve full rails in close-out sections. The board measures 5'8". My name is Nishii. The board I ride is the LOST SUB BUGGY-JP . This model suits me best in serious waves. The board size is the standard 5'8". In the afternoon, I took Yoshida to the LOST Surfboard Factory, where we discovered a new Kolohe model being shaped in the shaping room of Mayhem, who had already left for Europe. Look at that! This beautiful outline. It's a design that looks fast. In the magic board rack at the Luvsurf USA office, I found the board that Shaw Kobayashi rides in his web video. It's LOST's "SHORT ROUND." He said he'd like to try riding this board. Speaking of which, Nishii rode the new MAYHEM fins in QUAD today. They're designed to rise from the bottom straight up to the top, giving you a feeling of more high-performance surfing. As expected from Mayhem, the fin design is just as unique and amazing as the board itself!
