LOST&PLACEBO Surfboards' final day was a huge success! "Interstyle Yokohama 2015"

Today was the last day of "Interstyle." A lot of people came to visit us today! By the third day, you will be able to explain the board in more detail. We provide detailed explanations of the features and shape design of each model. Everyone was checking out the LOST surf skate too. FLEXLITE-BOOST has more rebound than TURBO They were able to experience it for themselves. When you put your whole body weight on it and bend it, it will be in front of the vaulting box. The person riding on it bounces up and down like on a springboard (a reuter-type railroad crossing board). LOST is also popular, with the new 4 models receiving the most attention. I received a lot of interviews from all walks of life. Some people found one day not enough and came for two days! I took a commemorative photo with Mayhem yesterday. The number of visitors to the LOST & PLACEBO special business meeting room has increased significantly compared to last year. It looks like it will be very popular again this year. Thank you to everyone who came! For those who were unfortunately unable to attend, we will be releasing new models one after another on our website. Please look forward to it!! Posted by Luvsurf .

Masato's favorite model was the SUB-SCORCHER2 . It's like it's my signature model You seem to be able to control and ride this model with ease! From a deep bottom turn on the backside, The lips are repeated rhythmically. This model debuted as the Double Wing Super Swallow, The SQUASH tail is a favorite of LOST team riders. Apparently this squash tail is doing well. I'm curious! Nishii also wanted to try riding it after seeing Masato riding well. LOST&Placebo Surfboard "User Voices Wanted!" If you post, you can get up to 2,000 yen worth of shopping points! I received the post right away, so I'd like to share it with you all. LOST "COUCH POTATO" Koji, who lives in Osaka Prefecture (44 years old, 11 years of surfing experience) Board used : LOST "COUCH PATATO" XTR FX Board size : 5.6 x 21 1/2 x 2 3/8 Fins : Performer PC carbon quad specifications Usage history : 7 months Weight : 74 kg How many times a week do you surf ?: 1 time / Area: Ise, Gobo, Kochi, Tottori Purchased from : Luvsurf thoughts I'm a middle-aged surfer who's just gotten back into surfing, and to put it simply, this board is great for anyone who's just getting back into surfing! I wish I'd come across it sooner. Even at this size, it's easy to take off and the board moves smoothly! The fins are S size quad specifications, making cutbacks very easy. I think it's suitable for thick, not-too-fast waves, but because it has a wide, low rocker, I don't think it's suitable for fast-breaking or holey waves. It's been 20 years since I last surfed, but I'm currently hooked on reef breaks! This board will allow you to ride more waves, so you will need to build up your basic physical strength. Please click below for 24's comments! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/voices/lost/couch-potato-lost/15754 LOST "V2-SB" SHU, who lives in Tokyo (48 years old, 20 years of surfing experience) Board used : LOST 『V2-SB』 POLYESTER Board size : 5'9" x 18 5/8" x 2 3/16" Fins : FCS II PERFORMER PC CORE M size Usage history : 7 months Weight : Around 58-60kg How many times a week do you surf ?: 1-2 times/Area: Chiba to Ibaraki Purchased from : Luvsurf thoughts I had been riding the original ROCKET, STEALTH and other Rocket series bikes and had a great time, so I decided to buy the V2-SB, which I had been interested in. I thought the standard performance form of the V2-SB might be too much for a beginner/intermediate surfer in his fifties, so I chose the 5'9" with 24.5cl for a slightly oversized buoyancy. For the first few rounds, I was a bit confused by the extra buoyancy, but I was surprised by the quick takeoff and maneuverability! Unless the waves were really thick and slow, I could enjoy surfing from knee-high to head-high with just this one board, and even during the summer small wave season, I ended up using my small wave board much less often. To be honest, I'm not the best at boarding, but the V2-SB's competition-style form is easy to handle... just like Mayhem. It's definitely a magic board! I use the small Reactor when the waves are small, and the medium Performer feels great when the waves are chest high or higher. Please click below for 24's comments! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/voices/lost/v2-sb/15752 Placebo "LAYZ ORCA" Rinrin, a resident of Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture (1 year of surfing experience) Board used : Placebo "LAYZ ORCA" FLEXLITE-TURBO Board size : 5'10" x 21" x 2 5/8" Fins : AUROLA Usage history : 4 months How many times a week do you surf ?: 1 time/Area: South Chiba Purchased from : Luvsurf thoughts At the store, Nishii-san gave me some advice on boards that would be easy for women to handle, so I bought one. I was switching from a funboard and was a bit worried about the short length, but I think I've improved a bit thanks to the wide nose and super buoyancy. With a funboard, I could only go straight after taking off, but since I started using the LAYZ ORCA, I can now go a little to the side. Even with my weak paddle, I was able to move forward and take off more often, so I was able to ride more. I think this model is also recommended for women. Please click below for 24's comments! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/voices/placebo/layz-orca/15766 Everyone, please post! Please give us your feedback on your favorite board. Nishii will reply to your user voice and thank you in the comments. We look forward to receiving your user voices! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/voice.html Please post here! Posted by Luvsurf .

I visited the Surfing Life magazine studio to shoot the new "PLACEBO" issue.

Today I visited the Surfing Life magazine studio. This is to photograph the new PLACEBO surfboard. In total, I brought 19 boards into the studio. It takes time to set up the lights for each shot. The new FLEXLITE name is being revealed for the first time to those who are reading this blog! The photographer is the popular photographer Kenyu. One model's dimensions are 5'10"! To prevent reflections on the level used for photographing the concave Kenyu is as expected, taping up and blacking out his equipment. The new "PLACEBO" mark has received very positive reviews and we are very pleased with it. We are preparing to reveal the full details next week, so please look forward to it! Posted by Luvsurf .
