Please watch Nishii's video explaining how to attach and remove FCSII fins.
[vimeo]https://vimeo.com/92307663[/vimeo] This video explains how to attach and remove the FCSII fins, which have been featured on LOST and Placebo surfboards since 2014. Watch this video before using FCSII fins for the first time to learn how to attach and remove them, along with tips and precautions. The pressure you apply when inserting the fins into the box may be a little daunting at first, as it's a strength you've never applied to a surfboard before. However, once you've experienced the right amount of pressure, you'll be able to attach and remove them without worry the next time. While not explained in this video, please remember that when removing the fins, instead of holding the base or entire fin, you should grasp the tip of the fin and push up to remove it using the leverage principle. This makes it surprisingly easy to do. The FCSII fins have an orange part inside the fin box that rotates, The fin is designed to stop when it catches on the fin body. Once you understand this structure, you will be able to better understand how much force to apply and in what direction. The old FCS plugs will be gone in a few years, so we encourage everyone to get an FCS II fin board. Free yourself from the time-consuming and tedious screw fin system you've been using until now! * Posted by Luvsurf .

Learn moreMany models making their first appearance at the test ride event! Today we held a test ride event at Torami Beach in the northern Chiba area.
Today we held a test drive event at Torami Beach in the northern Chiba area. The ``NEW RIPQUEST'' will be making its first appearance at the test ride event, and you can ride all four of each size! The highest performance "FU WAX" can be applied as much as you like, and 100% of first-time users You can see the difference! You can experience it! It has great grip! He praised it highly. For six hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, customers can ride any board as much as they like, as long as their energy allows. This is Mr. Abe from Murasaki Sports Ueno Main Store, who organized the test ride event. The new 5'5" V3-ROCKET model, designed for lighter riders, is also available for the first time! It was an impressive event with all the major models from LOST and Placebo lined up! The waves were big enough today that we had some high performance boards to ride too. The youngest participant was 14 years old. He liked it and begged his father for it. (He said, "You're 10 years too early! I want it.") This person usually rides a 6'4" TABLET model. This time, I would like to try out the new size model "6'0" FISHQUEST" which is also appearing for the first time. They participated and commented that it was great and they wanted one. If you are riding a high performance model with a point nose, The popular V2-SB model was being test driven with everyone competing for it. After all, LOST surfboards' MAYHEM shape design is a world leader in surfboard design, It is popular and supported by surfers who know the benefits of a truly top-notch surfboard and feel great when riding it. Although "FLEXLITE-TURBO", "XTR FX" and "HYDRO FLEX" are strong, Because it is so lightweight, people who held it for the first time were surprised when they compared the weight of the board. Those who have test-ridden the "NEW RIPQUEST" have commented that the tail is wide and the start is smooth. The split diamond tail design is effective, His impression was that it was very sensitive. The waves were overhead and in good size and shape, with a score of 55 on the mobile phone wave information. The "SHORT ROUND" model, which also made its first appearance at the test drive event, proved to be more popular than expected. After the test ride, some people immediately ordered a custom waterproof Hydroflex V2-SB. I'm glad to see you here. Today, as you might expect, the test ride event was popular for new models such as the "CONQUEST EL-DIABLO." Thanks to everyone who participated and the test ride event staff for their hard work! We apologize for keeping you waiting! The "SURF GRASS MAT" was sold out and we received many inquiries asking when it would be restocked. Today, it arrived from California at Love Surf in Tokyo! It was featured in various surf magazines in Japan and became an extremely popular product. Even in CALIFORNIA, where it was released earlier, it proved so popular that production could not keep up. In Japan, SURF GRASS MAT is also used in a variety of situations! Apparently it's also an ideal base for helicopters used for aerial photography, which have become popular recently. The dense softness of "SURF GRASS MAT" is said to be gentle on precision machinery. This guy regularly surfs Oceanside's South Jetty. Asphalt parking lots often have oil leaks, so the "SURF GRASS MAT" It would be very comfortable to have one. This photo was taken at a contest at San Clemente Beach Break. The SURF GRASS MAT also looks great on bikes with surfboard racks! The SURF GRASS MAT can be easily attached and carried using Velcro straps like this. It's a must-have item for camping tents. It's like a doormat. It's hard to tell who's holding it, but it's Kalani Rob. The kitty looks like she's feeling good too! Lakey Patterson is a heavy user. Once you use it, you will be hooked on how comfortable it is to use. This is Noah Beschen. Of course, in California, SURFGRASS is also popular among longboarders. If you keep a copy of "SURF GRASS" in your car, everyone who goes surfing with you will be happy! This is Derek (left) and Aaron (right), the developers of SURF GRASS MAT. They are both from Oceanside, California. They are a group of young people with great taste who have also produced the cool films below. [vimeo]http://vimeo.com/86966527[/vimeo] This CA surfer with such good taste thinks about it and uses the best things before anyone else. Learn moreThank you to everyone who came to our store and purchased many new surfboards!
Mr. A, LOST 5'9"『CONQUEST EL-DAIBLO』POLYESTER+POLY PRO TAIL PATCH I was asked about board size. I have gained weight due to aging. He wanted a board with enough buoyancy to do rips and ride it in the right size, so he chose one size smaller. He was considering the 5'8" size, but the 5'9" size, which has ample buoyancy and is expected to provide better maneuverability, was pre-ordered in advance of arrival. Mr. B, Placebo5'10" "LAZY ORCA" FLEXLITE-TURBO He had been using the PLACEBO SCORCHER model until now, but recently he has been surfing in areas with small waves, so he purchased the RAYS ORCA, which has an easier paddle and a faster takeoff design. Mr. C said, LOST 6'0"『CONQUEST EL-DAIBLO』POLYESTER+POLY PRO TAIL PATCH He is riding the first generation Mayhem masterpiece CONQUEST and it seems to be in great condition. It was a perfect time to replace it as it had undergone a full model change to the second generation. Enjoy the 2014 Mayhem model with even better maneuverability! Mr. D, LOST 5'5"『LAZY POTATO』POLYESTER RESIN TINT COLOR This is already my second Layz Potato model. The customer asked us about a way to improve their movement, so we purchased a smaller size of the same model. Mr. E, LOST 5'9"『CONQUEST EL-DAIBLO』POLYESTER+POLY PRO TAIL PATCH Until now, I have been using a twin fin fishboard with a retro feel, The board is heavy and slow to move, so I wanted a board with more movement and a faster takeoff. Please contact us and we will create a cool resin tint color for this latest model "CONQUEST EL-DAIBLO". Thank you for purchasing it. Mr. F, LOST 5'10"『LAZY POTATO』XTR-FX Apparently, he had been interested in this "LAZY POTATO" model for some time, The popular model "CONQUEST EL-DIABLO" was compared with the actual board, I decided on the "LAZY POTATO" as it has the rounded outline I like. Made with XTR-FX material, it's the strongest and most powerful! Thank you to everyone who came to our store and purchased many new surfboards! Golden Week starts tomorrow! I announced in yesterday's blog that I will be working from today, and already many customers have come to the store. Thank you! Love Surf will be open during Golden Week, so please come and visit us to choose your surfboard, as we have an overwhelming number of surfboards in stock! Post by Luvsurf .
Learn moreNishii will be working at Tokyo Love Surf from the 25th. We look forward to seeing you!
This is a report from California on the 24th. It has been installed at the LOST surfboard factory. This is MAYHEM's second AKU machine. Nishii is proposing a new model to Mayhem, who has been busy shaping and has foam powder on his face. Dino's dad also showed up and they were discussing Kolohe's strategy for the WCT. We received an order for the "V2-SB" from Taji. With Taji-san, Mick, who won the WCT Final yesterday, ordered a 5'10" SUB-DRIVER. Luvsurf USA became a partner company of LOST surfboards in May. I met with Mike Leola of LOST Clothing to finalize the deal to move into a new office space we will share with LOST. Dave, who became CEO of LOST Surfboards, We chatted about how we passed each other on the trestle yesterday and how the waves were. In the afternoon, we went to Upper Trestles and before shooting, we met Kanoaigarashi's father. A secret chat with Tsutomu about the latest information in the surf industry. Nishii is using Placebo's "NEW RIPQUEST" model with FCSII quad fins. This video was shot on the side-onshore uppers, where the size has increased. Nishii will fly to Japan and start working at Love Surf in Tokyo from the 25th. We look forward to your visit! Posted by Luvsurf .
Learn moreWe were able to capture some fun video of Shaw riding some decent sized waves on "Short Round."
This morning we were shooting at Riviera Beach Break in San Clemente. From Riviera towards San Clemente Pier. There are some big northwest swells today. He checked the waves around here and decided this was the best place, so he went surfing there before anyone else. Luke Davis. Luke's hair is always a different color, but today it's green. Doug also came to surf with Shaw. It's fun to film the surfing of the aerist generation. This is a specially sized cardboard box that will be sent to Luvsurf. Mato and his son Niki were hit by a powerful wave and their boards were broken. Because the waves were powerful, SHAW was surfing at a higher speed. There were also many barrel rides. The boards they were riding were of course "SHORT ROUND". "SHORT ROUND" is not just a small wave, once you get used to it, I can ride such an overhead wave well. We were able to shoot some interesting video of Shaw riding some decent sized waves in "Short Round" Stay tuned for the release! Even after coming out of the water, the waves are still so good that you can't help but stare at them. * Posted by Luvsurf .
