This time, we will be looking at the heart of the LOST surfboard, Located in San Clemente, California, A report from the "LOST Surfboard" shaping factory. The blanks (forms) used by LOST USA are made by ARCTIC. This form is no longer available in the USA, It is produced at the ARCTIC factory in Ensenada, Mexico. In addition, LOST USA also uses eco-friendly US Blanks 2.0, which is produced using solar power, depending on the model. This is a horizontal rack from Airbuerasiroom. This one has also been placed upright on the Airbuella Room surfboard rack after it has finished coloring and dried. This is a photo of the inside of the AKU machine room. The blanks were cut by AKU Mann and are now waiting to be shaped. Many ARCTIC blanks have red order cards attached to them indicating they were ordered from Japan! Red Order cards were also posted in the MAYHEM Shape Room. There were pre-shaped boards waiting to be shaped!
