In an interview with Surf Trip Journal magazine I am on Simeloo Island in the Sumatra archipelago in Indonesia. It is a remote area where the entire island becomes unusable due to heavy rain. I haven't been able to update my blog for the past few days due to poor Wi-Fi environment. I managed to get it working this morning so I was able to update. I changed planes three times. Lastly, there is this propeller plane. Akira Shindo PRO Tomoyuki Onozuka PRO It's coming. The photographer, I'm Kenyu Takahashi, the CAMARA man. "Simeru Island" is what Nishii is pointing at. It is an island located just north of the Mentawai and Nias islands in the Sumatra archipelago. It is not yet a popular island in Japan, It is still a place that has only been developed in the last few years, even on a global scale. Because there are so few people, I went on an overseas surf trip, There were lots of other surfers, locals and guides. I recommend it because you won't have trouble catching waves like you would in Japan. The hotel is clean and It doesn't upset your stomach, The food is delicious, The islanders are also friendly, The security situation is also good. Wild cattle and Goats and Cobras are common. The waves are regular heaven. From this main FUN WAVE, If you take a small boat to a remote island, There was a world-class BIGWAVE that only a professional could ride! As the air and water temperatures have been getting colder recently, I'm sure there are some people who are planning a surf trip to a warmer place, escaping the cold of Japan. Shaw Kobayshi, a Love Surf USA staff member and pro team rider, I went on a trip to Nicaragua with my NECK TANS team member Aaron. The video is now complete, so I'd like to introduce it to you. According to SHAW, this beach break in Nicaragua called "Playa Colorado" There is almost no wind in the morning, but the wind picks up in the afternoon, but the wind is offshore, so it is a dream place for surfers who can enjoy tube riding all day long. The water temperature is tropical and warm, and you can even surf in board shorts. I'd love to go! This video of Shaw Kobayashi was also one of GO PRO's top three videos of October! So take a look! Yesterday, Nishii is with Masato and Ryuichi, It was the day we traveled to Amami Oshima. Shochu welcomes you at the airport on Amami Oshima. There is an aquarium in the waiting room with a giant shrimp. My flight was delayed so I couldn't surf in the evening. FU WAX is also sold at the accommodation. Check in at Green Hill! This is an interview with Surf Trip Journal magazine. The riders are JET AKIRA and MASATO from the FU WAX team. I landed on Amami Oshima hoping for better waves, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

Nishii and Masato, I arrived in California last night and immediately started shooting at Lower. In the lower part of the ocean, swells from the south have been continuing for several days. On the first day, Masato went into the sea after a quick swim. Before I knew it, I had been surfing for five hours. Good waves for Kolohe practice WSL surfers are on a whole different level of speed A shaper who always tests his boards by surfing himself. Mat "MAYHEM" Bioros Taylor Clark's backside Kolohe raises the tail until the hind legs are straight Its dad, Dino Andino, is easily recognizable by his large spray. Kolohe with a series of backside spinning airs Masato has trained and learned the trick to raising the spray vertically. Masato uses the SQUASH tail of the SUB-SCORCHER2 Dino Dad has a big, mature, and sophisticated look. Mayhem's Fully Weighted Railwork In the afternoon, the staff of LOST Surfboards, who had finished work, I'll introduce it to you as I attended Friday's session. Dak's specialty is vertical lip Rick is good at carving. Shou is doing a lot of airs. The board that Shou rides is his signature carbon board model, the " SHORT ROUND II ."
