3. Surfboards Okinawa and remote islands

Will be sent cash on delivery.
The amount above is not the same as the shipping fee from Tokyo to your home.
A separate packaging fee of 3,300 yen will be charged. Therefore, the shipping fee will be displayed as 3,300 yen in the cart.

4. About Shipping

4-1.Delivery company

We will send it via Sagawa Express.
Delivery to Okinawa, remote islands and some areas will be via Yamato Transport.

*Please note that we do not ship by mail as we cannot guarantee against damage, tracking or non-delivery of products.

4-2.Delivery time

You can choose the delivery time from the options below.

・4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
・6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
・7pm to 9pm

4-3.Shipping period

Surfboards are usually shipped within two business days after payment confirmation. However, please note that due to factors such as weather, delivery times, and the need to deliver large items, we may not be able to deliver your board on the date you request.

4-4. Delivery to a branch office or change of delivery address

If you would like to have your order delivered to a branch office, please note this in the comments section when placing your order.
You can change the delivery address before shipping. If the item has already been shipped, please contact the delivery company yourself.

4-5.Shipping to overseas destinations

We cannot ship overseas.

5. Regarding product storage during your absence

Products will be stored by the delivery company for 7 days after shipping from our shop. During that time, the delivery company will handle any redelivery requests or contact you by phone, but if we do not receive any contact from you within 7 days, the product will be returned to our shop after 7 days. In that case, we will contact you and arrange for redelivery, but please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee to our shop and the re-shipping fee.

ラヴサーフで販売しているサーフボードは、1本ずつ多数の材料と工程を経てハンドメイドで製作されています。

その点をご理解いただきご購入をお願いします。

製作過程、展示、梱包、輸送に伴い『少数のピンホール、小さなスレキズ、ブランクス（フォーム）自体にある空洞穴、小範囲のクロス目、エクボ程の小さな凹み、マークの印刷スレやラミネート不良』など（特にUSA製品）があることがあります。

これらは、サーフボードの性能やご使用には問題はありません。

使用に問題がない製品であるかを確認する為に、ラブサーフでは３つのタイミングで厳しい検品を実施しています。

PISCES: Latin for "fish."
Born from the element of water, it is the oldest of the zodiacs.

Change is a constant.
Evolution is everywhere.
And everything evolves.
To stop means death.
In life and in design.

For the past three years, we have been celebrating the quarter century of Round Nose Fish '96.
Over the last three years, we have made thousands of them, many of them custom-made to specific designs and shapes with specific dimensions and details.

Considering it's based on a 25-year-old design, it's inevitable that it will be tweaked, tweaked, and updated along the way.
For my friends, my team riders, and myself, we did just that.
Tinkering here, tweaking there.
Make it a little more rounded or reduce the volume a little.
Blend the rocker, scrape the concave, adjust the rails.
A little shorter, a little wider, etc.

I'll give it a try with a multi-fin set and wings.

Always looking for more speed, more agility, more accuracy and more fun.

Over time, it evolved into an almost entirely new species of fish.

New species of Pisces

Pisces: The evolution of performance FISH breeds where precision is paramount.
The evolving design will help to dispel the stigma of stagnant development in the post-modern fish genre.

We embrace everything that has happened so far and close the gaps going forward.
It turns more tightly in the pocket of the wave, carves perpendicular to the face, provides fin-free control on the lip, and glides freely across the flat surface.

The PISCES represents our vision for FISH: an all-around performance board that works effortlessly as an everyday surfing board.

Bad waves, good waves, average surfers, elite pro surfers... and everyone in between.

The improvements that have been proven time and time again since RNF'96 include:
We pulled the nose in more, added rocker to the front and made it flatter between the feet.
We've added a deeper concave through the center section and increased radius through the rocker in the rail line under the back foot.

The mellow wing has been adjusted to match the angle of the front fin.
5-fin box for multiple options: quad, twin+2, twin+1, straight twin, and even thruster for the laid back, enthusiastic and cool kids, we've got something for everyone.

By adding a vee to the tip of the swallowtail and shaving off the deck line on the tail, we've more accurately mirrored the bottom curve, leading to improved control in the pocket. These adjustments have created a refined hot rod that delivers increased levels of precision and maneuverability without sacrificing speed or stability. Yes, this might be even faster.

西井プロやLOSTサーフボードを熟知した専任スタッフがいるラヴサーフへ、納得するまでとことん相談して、サイズやモデルはもちろん、メイヘム本人がシェイプを行いフィニッシュする、あなたの名前とメイヘム本人のサインがボードサイズと共にフォーム内部に書き込まれた世界に１本のみの、こだわりのカスタムボードをオーダーしてみませんか？
そしてなんと言っても正規輸入ボードは全て日本へ輸入後、国内工場にて再度検品整備加工してからお客様へお届けしております。正規輸入ならではの高品質LOSTサーフボードを安心してUSAカスタムオーダーにてご購入して頂けます。

納期

オーダー申し込み確定日より、約4ヵ月を基準にして前後１ヶ月が目安です。『EPS・EPOXY素材』のボードは、約5ヵ月を基準にして前後１ヶ月が目安とさせていただいております。各素材ともオーダー時期やオーダーされたモデルの仕様やデザインの指定により、前後1～2カ月の誤差が出ることがありますので事前にご了承をお願いいたします。

通常4ヵ月間前後ぐらいですが現在混み合っており、約6ヵ月以上のお時間をいただいておりますので、お早めのカスタムオーダーをおすすめしています。

オーダーに関する注意

納期のお問い合わせを頂いても、ボードが出来上がり、輸入税関検査後でないと確実な納期の確定のご返事ができませんことを予めご了承ください。

USA製作はカスタム商品の特性上、完成後作り間違いなどにより、再制作になる場合などもございますので、予定納期の遅れについてのクレームは一切お受けできませんので事前にご了承をお願いいたします。

オーダー用紙にご注文する内容をご記入し、お客様ご確認後に代金をお支払い頂いた時点で「オーダー確定」とさせていただきます。

「オーダー確定」後のサイズやモデルオーダー等の注文の内容変更はできませんので、お客様は、オーダー用紙に記入されている注文の明細を必ず再度ご確認の上、オーダーを確定しお支払いを完了してください。

USAカスタムオーダー料金はボード代プラス、別途￥33,000（税込）となります。

全てのお客様へ、西井プロや専任スタッフがご相談を受け最後までご対応させていただきます。

1. まずはご連絡ください

まずは『サーフボードオーダーをご希望』ということをお知らせください。
お電話（03-3732-5532）または、お問い合わせフォームからお名前や、ご連絡先をご連絡ください。

2. ヒアリング

現在お使いのボードや、サーフボードオーダーに必要なお客様のデーター等を詳しく、お聞きさせていただきます。

3. サイズとモデルの決定

ボードのサイズやモデルを、西井プロや専任スタッフにご相談の上、確定してください。

4. オーダーの確定

オーダー用紙にご注文する内容をご記入し、お客様ご確認後に代金をお支払い頂いた時点で「オーダー確定」とさせていただきます。
オーダーを確定しお支払いを完了してください。
お支払い方法は、銀行振込やクレジットカードもご利用して頂けます。

5. 商品のお渡し

あとは、オーダーしていただいたサーフボードが出来上がるのをお待ち頂くだけです。できあがりまで楽しみにお待ち下さい。

ボードをお持ちになれないお客様は、メーカー（シェイパー）サイズデーターをメモしてからご来店ください。
