4. About Shipping

4-1.Delivery company

We will send it via Sagawa Express.
Delivery to Okinawa, remote islands and some areas will be via Yamato Transport.

You can choose the delivery time from the options below.

Surfboards are usually shipped within two business days after payment confirmation. However, please note that due to factors such as weather, delivery times, and the need to deliver large items, we may not be able to deliver your board on the date you request.

4-4. Delivery to a branch office or change of delivery address

If you would like to have your order delivered to a branch office, please note this in the comments section when placing your order.
You can change the delivery address before shipping. If the item has already been shipped, please contact the delivery company yourself.

4-5.Shipping to overseas destinations

We cannot ship overseas.

5. Regarding product storage during your absence

Products will be stored by the delivery company for 7 days after shipping from our shop. During that time, the delivery company will handle any redelivery requests or contact you by phone, but if we do not receive any contact from you within 7 days, the product will be returned to our shop after 7 days. In that case, we will contact you and arrange for redelivery, but please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee to our shop and the re-shipping fee.

The color lineup includes "Matte Gray Havana," which is made by artisans who take the time to spray fine glass particles onto the outer surface of each frame and then polish it.
The inside of the frame that touches the skin is polished smoothly for a comfortable feel, allowing you to wear the glasses for long periods of time without any stress.

速報！ロストチームライダー『イーライ・ハネマン』が、2026年ワールドツアーへクオリファイを確定させました！！ロストチームライダー『イーライ・ハネマン』彼はチャレンジャーシリーズのランキングナンバーワンでしたが、今回行われているパイプラインでのCS（チャレンジャーシリーズ）で準々決勝まで勝ち上がると2026年のワールドツアー入りになると言うシチュエーションでした。彼は先ほど見事準々決勝まで進出。そして念願の2026年ワールドツアーへの復帰を決定しました。これでワールドツアーシリーズメンバーがまた1人増えるので、WSL観戦が楽しみになりました。皆さん応援してあげてくださいね。
