3. Surfboards Okinawa and remote islands
- Will be sent cash on delivery.
- The amount above is not the same as the shipping fee from Tokyo to your home.
- A separate packaging fee of 3,300 yen will be charged. Therefore, the shipping fee will be displayed as 3,300 yen in the cart.
4. About Shipping
4-1.Delivery company
We will send it via Sagawa Express.
Delivery to Okinawa, remote islands and some areas will be via Yamato Transport.
*Please note that we do not ship by mail as we cannot guarantee against damage, tracking or non-delivery of products.
4-2.Delivery time
You can choose the delivery time from the options below.

・6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
・7pm to 9pm
4-3.Shipping period
Surfboards are usually shipped within two business days after payment confirmation. However, please note that due to factors such as weather, delivery times, and the need to deliver large items, we may not be able to deliver your board on the date you request.
4-4. Delivery to a branch office or change of delivery address
If you would like to have your order delivered to a branch office, please note this in the comments section when placing your order.
You can change the delivery address before shipping. If the item has already been shipped, please contact the delivery company yourself.
4-5.Shipping to overseas destinations
We cannot ship overseas.
5. Regarding product storage during your absence
Products will be stored by the delivery company for 7 days after shipping from our shop. During that time, the delivery company will handle any redelivery requests or contact you by phone, but if we do not receive any contact from you within 7 days, the product will be returned to our shop after 7 days. In that case, we will contact you and arrange for redelivery, but please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee to our shop and the re-shipping fee.

NEO-REZ is a quick-drying, transparent rubber that is excellent for reinforcing and repairing rubber products such as wetsuits.
Compared to other sealants and patches, Neoress repairs quickly, drying the surface in 20 minutes and fully hardening in about 2 hours, allowing the use of wetsuits, etc. Once fully hardened, it is highly durable and incredibly strong, yet soft and flexible.
▼Stitch reinforcement
1) Rinse your wetsuit with water and dry it completely.
2) Apply Neores to the seams you want to reinforce and spread it out with a spatula. It will dry in about 2 hours.
▼Reinforcement of holes
Holes smaller than 6mm can be repaired using only Neores.
1) Apply Neores around the wound, let it dry a little and then press the wound together.
If the hole is 6mm or larger, you will need to prepare a piece of wet fabric the same size as the hole, or something slightly larger than the hole, such as T-shirt fabric, to cover it.
1) Place oil paper on the back of the hole (making sure it doesn't touch the bottom), place the cut-out cloth on top, and apply a generous amount of Neores.
Flatten the surface and let it dry for about 2 hours.
Repairing torn parts
1) Lightly sand the damaged area and temporarily secure the area with masking tape on the inside of the torn area.
2) Turn it over and apply a generous amount of Neores. (Use a spatula to even out the paint so that it goes over a little on both sides.)
After about 20 minutes, when the surface is dry, remove the tape on the back and apply Neores in the same way. It will dry in about 2 hours.
▼ Reinforcement of areas prone to wear
Applying Neorez to areas prone to wear, such as elbows, knees, zipper bases, buttocks, and cuffs, will increase strength.
(The rubber part will become smoother if you use sandpaper.)
*Please work in a well-ventilated area.
Do not touch the solvent directly.
