Luvsurf TV: LOST MAYHEM 『SUB-DRIVER』Tyler Wright Rider: Tyler Wright Board used: LOST MAYHEM "SUB-DRIVER" FILM: Koji Nishii EDIT: TABRIGADE FILM This is a collection of riding footage taken at the 2013 US Open held in Huntington Beach, California. This board is commonly known as the "Yellow Subdriver." The board was shaped by Mayhem more than two years ago and has yellowed from the sun. Apparently it's been called that on the WCT Tour. ⇩You also rode it when you won the WCT in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2013. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=19175 The SUB-DRIVER is designed for competitors to ride on beach breaks where the wind is sensitive and the wave breaks change. While inheriting its performance, Mayhem has updated the design to better suit the wave conditions in Japan. It is designed to make it easier for Japanese users to practice riding lips and other surfaces. The "SUB-DRIVER-JP" is one of Love Surf's recommended models! Of the DRIVER series, the JP model is more suited to the wave conditions in Japan, so I definitely recommend it. Now, take a look at Owen Wright's sister, Taylor, surfing on the original model. Luvsurf TV: Placebo 『V3-ROCKET』 FLEXLITE-TURBO Cory Lopez Rider: Cory Lopez Board used: Placebo 5'7" V3-ROCKET FLEXLITE-TURBO FILM: Koji Nishii EDIT: TABRIGADE FILM It flexes and springs back more flexibly than a poly board. This surf clip shows Cory riding, taking full advantage of the properties of the FLEXLITE-TURBO material. The V3-ROCKET model was designed as a Japan-only model by improving the V2-ROCKET model. This board is designed to combine the agility of a performance model with the paddling performance of a fish board. It is easy to perform flashy action techniques such as lip and air moves. It also has excellent take-off performance, making it a luxurious model. In this riding video, Cory is riding a 5'7" board with TRI fins. In conditions where the waves are not very steep, it is best to use QUAD fins, so please give it a try. Now, let's take a look at Cory riding the V3ROCKET. Please consider it soon! ▼LOST "COUCH POTATO" POLYESTER is available here! ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/store/category/item/itemgenre/lost_board/couch-potato-polyester/ Nishii has also been experiencing small waves, so he's been surfing five times in a row as a couch potato. With a take-off speed that rivals that of young pros riding sharp competition boards, Even during the Obon holidays, the sea is crowded, but I still enjoy surfing comfortably. With such small waves, it's impossible to catch them unless you have a board that's suited to the waves. If you feel like you're struggling to surf on a competition board, we recommend the Couch, so we recommend it as your small wave board. Add it to your quiver. It's great for knee-high waves, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to ride head-high waves too.
Learn moreYou can use your existing FCS fins with the FCS II by inserting the separately sold TAB.
The other day, we introduced "FCS II" Insert this separately sold "TAB" You can use your existing FCS fins. Place the side that says RAIL *down* and *towards the rail*. Insert it into the front of the PLUG. When attached, it fits flat like this. Tabs can only be placed in front, not behind. It's great that you can use the new FCS II fins that come with the board, as well as previous FCS fins. You can also use the AUROLA fins like this! This TAB (INFILL) will be released in the following kit. *One for center plug * 4 pieces for side plugs *10 screws *One key wrench The set will be released by FCS between the end of August and mid-September. Nishii estimates the price will be around 2,000 yen. We will let you know as soon as it arrives, so stay tuned!
Learn moreWe will explain how to install and remove the new generation FCS plug "FCS II".
We will explain how to install and remove the new plug "FCS II" released by FCS. It's the easiest and fastest removable fin system ever. And no key wrench required. Simply put, FCS II is a system in which the orange part rotates and the fin is pushed in to secure it in place. The orange part is located towards the rear of the fin plug. The protrusion inside the tip on the front side, This recess in the fin base, Push forward to join them together. Grasp the top of the fin, Push in from front to back, Just push it down forcefully and firmly. No tools required, just three fins and you're done! Here's how to remove it. Hold the board here with one hand, and hold the back of the fin like this with the other hand. If you push it diagonally upwards, it will slide out and can be easily removed. This is my first time installing and removing it, so I'm a bit worried because I don't know how much force to use. Once you install and remove it, you'll be able to see how easy and excellent the plug is. It's so easy to use that it will probably become a hassle to use a key wrench like before. It's a very good product, and I have no doubt that it will become a global standard in a few years. and, There are also QUAD rear fins available, so 5-fin users can rest assured. This is what it looks like when attached to a 5-fin board. Kolohe, Julian, Taj and Kelly have been using it since the first WCT event in 2013. I think there were a lot of people who were curious about this. Additionally, for those who are not satisfied with the included composite fins, there are also lightweight, high-performance dedicated fins available. It has already arrived in Love Surf stores and is now on sale. QUAD rear fins are also in stock. Finally, there is one more important thing to note. You can use your current FCS fins. Adapters and screws for attaching old FCS fins are sold separately. (Aurora fin fans can rest assured.) We will introduce information about these optional items on this blog as soon as they arrive, so don't miss it!

Check out this photo of Cory Lopez riding the Placebo 5'7" V3-Rocket FLEXLITE-TURBO. Photo by Hayato Masuda After all, Cory is the developer of Presebo and the main pro rider, so it makes a great picture. The board I'm riding is a 5'7" V3-ROCKET model . In 2011, carbon fiber was added to the bottom and the internal PVC sheet was upgraded to a stronger FLEXLITE-TURBO material. The rebound performance is strong, the board springs back, and you can turn like flying. Cory was also pleased with its performance. He's surfing, jumping and bouncing around in different parts of the waves. The curve turn in these two consecutive photos is also The spray flying around looks like it will add a nice accent to your maneuvers. The flex is good so the board goes up in the opposite direction, to 11 o'clock! It would be cool if Cory had a sponsor sticker on his car. This amazing sequence of photos shows a full rail carving slash turn with the tail pointing in the opposite direction, which is one of Cory's specialties. The V3-ROCKET, a model sold exclusively in Japan, has received very positive reviews from users who have actually ridden it. MAYHEM itself has given it high praise. So, we want you to ride it with LOST POLY or XTR, so we named the model "STEALTH2". This model will be available exclusively in Japan soon, so look forward to it! Nishii recorded this session on video, so please look forward to its release at a later date!!!
