We are pleased to announce that the masterpiece model of the ROCKET series will be released.

Today, we would like to announce the name of the LOST New Japan limited edition model, which has been announced for release. Mayhem's LOST ROCKET model is known as the spark that started the 5-fin mini board boom around the world. It is a famous masterpiece, and there are currently three models based on the "ROCKET" that have been developed and evolved in design. 1 is, Based on the "ROCKET", it has been lengthened and improved for high performance. It achieved explosive sales in Japan and is still said to be one of the best-selling models. There was a model called "STALTH." 2 is, Last year in 2012, it inherited the concept design of the "ROCKET" model. The LOST "V2-ROCKET" model was released and is still very popular today. 3 is, In 2013, Mayhem revised the shape design for Japan based on the V2-ROCKET. The Placebo V3-ROCKET is a model that has improved performance for Japanese wave conditions. Mayhem provided Ward and Mason with the V3-ROCKET model POLY boards, which received rave reviews. Mayhem himself has said that this is the best game in the ROCKET series. Even in Japan, we've seen some people order custom POLY bikes because they think the Placebo V3-ROCKET is working well. The Placebo V3-ROCKET is a model that has received very good feedback from customers who have actually ridden it. The ROCKET design is inherited, with the maximum width being forward of the center, so you can position your body forward when paddling. The takeoff is very fast even among point nose boards, and after standing up, The tail is small, thin and tapered with a double wing, making it easy to step on the tail, easy to control and allows for sharp movements at the top. The board's excellent shape balance design allows for quick takeoff and sharp movements. The LOST version, a shaped board based on the ROCKET series' masterpiece, the V3-ROCKET model, has been announced for release. The model name is "STALTH II." Here is the mark based on the latest stealth fighter jet. This mark will be placed on the board. This is a new, evolved model of the classic "STALTH"! The "STALTH II" model is based on the "V3-ROCKET" model, which was originally designed by Mayhem to suit the wave conditions in Japan, so it will be released as a model exclusive to Japan. Look forward to it!!! This is a video from a while ago, but it's the ``STALTH'' board. Please take a look.

We would like to provide additional information about the new FCS "ORIGIN" fins. Please also watch the installation instruction video.

Love Surf was released by FCS in 2013, which was very early in the world. We have stock boards in stock that are equipped with this fin system called "ORIGIN". SUB-SCORCHER 2 "BEACH BUGGY" These are the two new models for 2013 that Love Surf recommends. Origin has arrived so quickly that it has not yet been seen anywhere else, and it is not even listed on the FCS Japan website. We will introduce it in detail. Like on-fins, the base of the fin is firmly fixed to the board, allowing power to be transmitted to the board, making them popular among WCT athletes. LOST surfboards equipped with "ORIGIN" fins come with these GLASS FLEX fins. The price for the fins alone is ¥9,450 for the Tri Set , so you can continue to use them with peace of mind even if they are lost or damaged. SMALL (55 kg - 70 kg) MEDIUM (65 kg - 85 kg) Fin size included is SMALL (55 Kg - 70 Kg). They will be released in two colors: orange and blue. 『ORIGIN』ACCELERATOR PERFORMANCE CORE Orange Tri Set 『ORIGIN』ACCELERATOR PERFORMANCE CORE Blue Tri Set Both are priced at ¥18,060 for the Tri Set and will be in stock in early July. I realized that width has more effect on takeoff speed than length.

Early Sunday morning at UPPERS, I took a test ride on the PROTO board, the next Japan-only model made for SHAW. It's 5'4", one size shorter than Nishii's 5'5" board from the other day. It is also one size thinner at 2 1/8". The width is 19 1/4 inches, making it a slim board that is about 2 cm narrower than Nishii's wide 20 inch board. The CL value also goes from 26.5CL to 25.34CL, so there is a noticeable difference. It has little buoyancy and is narrow, so it makes the turn at the top lighter. However, because the width was narrower, I felt a difference in take-off performance above the cL value. I realized that the width of the board has a greater impact on the speed of takeoff than the length. A sizing width of about 19 1/2" seems better. I don't need as much buoyancy as the TABLET or CONQUEST, but it's easier to ride than the SUB-type point nose boards. Take advantage of the takeoff and enjoy a fun feeling in any condition during your weekend surfing. We aim to create a board that allows you to enjoy the ride while providing lip action that is on par with high performance. I set up a quad set of AUROLA 'WARD5' fins. It's a matter of preference, but Nishii prefers QUAD over TRI because the rails tend to tilt even in waves he's not particularly fond of. I will provide feedback to Mayhem and have them shape and design the next PROTO board. Please look forward to further updates.

Be sure to pre-order these boards before they arrive. Please call us at 03-3732-5532 or use the form below to make a reservation before the product arrives. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/contact.html Please feel free to contact us before booking to discuss the appropriate size. The 5'2" bike for Nishii also arrived, so I went out and rode it straight away. This is my third C3, following the V2-ROCKET and RNF-EVOLUTION. I'm a self-proclaimed cork lover. The "COUCH POTATO" is a good POLY board, but the C3 specification has less buoyancy than the stated value due to the cork. It feels like about 1 CL more, so paddling is quick and comfortable. The epoxy resin is finished using a vacuum glass method, so the laminate adheres strongly to the EPS foam. It is also very resistant to peeling, and because epoxy resin is elastic it is more resistant to crushing than poly board. The markings are applied by hand to the surface of the cork. This is the classic Lost logo. I set the fins to WARD5 in QUAD. The action was lighter than I expected, and even at LOWERS, where summer vacation is approaching and many skilled kids are fighting for the waves, I was able to take off and ride the waves with ease. The action is loose, and the board turns around nicely. The flex is also soft, so even when turning in sections where the waves don't have much power, it flexes and I can gain speed. The SET was about head-sized, so it's a board that makes you want to ride in smaller waves. C3 (CORK-CARBON-COMPOSITE) http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=17110 For more information, please see here↑↑↑↑↑. And then there's the extremely popular "COUCH POTATO" model. POLY clear boards are also available! "V3ROCKET" vs "TITAN" The second installment of the ordinary old man series!

The report on the second installment of the "Ordinary Old Man" series has arrived!! This comparison is between two popular models that are rapidly gaining popularity: the V3ROCKET and the TITAN. We have received many inquiries asking how these two models compare, so Please use this report as a reference to help you decide which model is best for you! So, here's the report that just arrived! ========================================== An ordinary guy compares the summer models. In the first event, we compared the Couch Potato and Ray's Orca. It was very popular and people even called out to us at the beach. This time, we continued to compare models that can be ridden in the summer when the wetsuit is thinner and your body is lighter. I've lost a little weight recently and am now at 68-69 kg. I chose these two. V3 Rocket (left) 5'9" x 19 1/2" x 2 1/4" (175 x 49.5 x5.7 cm) 60-75kg 28.36cl I bought this one myself. So, what Hiroki has is Titan (right) 5'9″x 19″ x 2 1/4″ (175 x 48.3 x 5.7 cm) 60-70kg 27.00cl My plan is to swap them out in the ocean and compare them. The V3 is the successor to the old Stealth, and Lost will be releasing it under the name Stealth 2 in a different shape. The Stealth was also an improved version of the Rocket, and a good model...I was riding a 3D Carbolic. The Titan is the pre-boost version of the well-known Subdriver JP. It's a slightly easier Subdriver model tailored to Japanese waves and the physical strength of Japanese surfers. Both models have similar CL values, so many people will likely compare them. When you actually line up the two boards, you can't really tell the difference unless you look closely. The V3 has more volume in the front. The Titan has more volume in the back. But when you start paddling, you really feel the difference. The V3 is clearly wider and larger in the front. When you're waiting for a wave, the V3 actually feels like it sinks, but based on Archimedes' law, which states that "buoyancy is the weight of the volume of water displaced," it's likely that a board with more volume in the back feels more buoyant when you're waiting for a wave. So, there were quite a few waves that day. The photo was taken from atop the breakwater, so it looks small, but they were only head-high. However, perhaps because it looked like a hard wave, I paddled outwards... and wow, there were only three pros there, including U-Pro! And they were all saying things like, "Awesome!" and "Awesome!" Stop it, just hearing a pro say that is enough to scare you. And no wonder: most of the waves were tubes! They were super fast, digging tubes! Since they were pros, they were breaking out about once every two times, but it was a nationwide tube festival, a huge tube sale. There was sand on the surface, and the water was waist-deep outwards. Hiroki said... "I'm glad I used this board... If it had been a couch or something I would have died..." First up was Hiroki on the V3 and then myself on the Titan. It was my first time riding the Titan, but the narrow front of the board made paddling easy, and the Dolphin was super easy. Hiroki was tubing like crazy. Soon he'd ridden about 10 of them. As for me, I was a goofy board, so I went for the backside. Sadly, at my level I couldn't accelerate well on the backside, so I got reeled up and slammed down. Grab rail??? Of course I did, but I got reeled up in an El Rollo and swung around. I had no choice but to choose a goofy board that came along every once in a while. What a waste... However, maybe it's just the type of wave, but I can ride the Titan without any problems. In fact, it's easy. However, after switching boards with Hiroki and getting the V3, I feel that it's much more stable. When Hiroki became a Titan, he started shooting lip balms from the tube one after another. The tube festival ended in an hour, but here are our impressions: 1. The V3 takes off faster. It feels a step faster. 2. Both are fine even if you're a bit sloppy. 3. It's easier to climb vertically on the Titan That's how it felt. If you're even a little confident in your paddling, the Titan is easier to rip, but if you want to take it a little easier, the V3 is the way to go. The 5'8" Tablet has a thick nose, so the key to taking off is to hold down the front, but with these two models the rails on the nose are thin so you don't need to do that. Personally, I felt that the takeoff speed was only slightly slower than the 5'8" Tablet. From now until autumn, your body will be light and your wetsuit will be light. I'd like to put volume on hold for a while and get on the path of training. Although, I'll be using the couch potato style when the waves are small in midsummer... ========================================================= How was the report? Please take a look at the comments of two people, an ordinary old man and Hiroki. If you're looking for a shortboard with a buoyancy balance that prioritizes vertical movement, then the TITAN is for you. The V3-ROCKET has buoyancy at the front, making it easy to get on and take off, and it starts sliding quickly. Which model would you choose?
