Nishii's much-loved Magic Board, which sold out immediately last time, is back in stock!
This time we are pleased to announce that we have received a new board, the same surfboard that Nishii is currently riding the most. The last shipment was sold out in no time! The latest addition to LOST's classic round nose fish model series, the RNF'96, is LOST's most popular carbon technology board! Built by Black Sheep, it's made in the USA. The lightweight EPS foam deck is covered in black Triax carbon, and the bottom is airbrushed in the same purple as Nishii's. This magic board has a soft, supple ride that covers the bumps in the waves like a suspension, allowing you to make comfortable, fast turns and enjoy fast surfing. "Shapers Night" to be held! You can place a custom order directly with MAYHEM himself, with Nishii as an interpreter! Fans of LOST and PLACEBO will be unable to miss this special event. Mayhem, the shape designer behind LOST and PLACEBO surfboards and the 2023 World Shaper of the Year, will be appearing at Luvsurf for the "Shaper's Night" event. The event will take place on Tuesday, June 25th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. At "Shaper's Night," you can order a custom surfboard directly from Mayhem himself, with Nishii translating. Reservations are limited to five people on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you're interested, please call Luvsurf to make a reservation or apply here! You'll be able to consult directly with Nishii and Mayhem to create a custom board just like a World Tour surfer. Even if you don't order a custom board, this is your chance to meet him in person. He was ranked number one in the 2023 WSL World Shapers annual rankings. Lost surfboard shape designer Matt Biolos, also known as "Mayhem," will be visiting Japan for the first time in five years. He is currently leading the 2024 WSL World Shaper Rankings, which are currently underway. This is a rare opportunity to meet Mayhem, the world's number one popular high-performance surfboard shape designer in both name and reality. On June 22nd and 23rd, I'll be at the WAVE Pool at Surf Stadium Shizunami to support the Stab High event, where many LOST riders will be taking part. On the 25th, from 6pm to 8pm, I'll be hosting a Shapers Night at Tokyo Love Surf, where I'll be taking custom orders. This Shepherd's Night will also feature live painting by Ryder, the artist who hand-paints surfboards for the Lost team, including world champions Carissa Moore, Caroline Marks, and Grippin Corafinto, and who is Mayhem's daughter. Hello, I'm Kohei, a staff member. It's been a while, but the LOST team did it again at the 7th WSL Championship Tour event, the Surf City El Salvador Pro! There is not much time left in the 2024 Championship Tour, but once again, three out of four competitors in the final are LOST: Yago Dora in the men's competition, and Caroline Marks and Gabriella Bryan in the women's competition! Blessed with perfect conditions on the final day, Yago Dora came in second in the men's category. In the women's category, Gabriella Bryan came in second.
