Speaking of the end of the year... it's the arrival of year-end party season ♪ But I end up drinking and eating too much, and gaining weight... To prevent that from happening! I also remade my wetsuit, so I think I contributed to Love Surf (laughs). However, I don't think you'll lose weight if you simply take this supplement while continuing to overeat and drink. The method I took was... The main ingredient of this supplement was originally commercialized by Unitika. Arabinose is a type of oligosaccharide that has also been patented. And if you take this with dietary fiber called indigestible dextrin before a meal, It significantly inhibits sugar absorption. However, it only inhibits sugar, so it works on alcohol, starch, and sugar, but not on lipids. So I completely avoided oily foods. In other words, if you've been eating a lot of oily foods, I don't think this will be effective no matter how much you do it. Upon investigation, I found that listed pharmaceutical manufacturers and major food manufacturers also produce similar products. However, they are all expensive. If you drink them with lunch and dinner for a month, it will cost you about 10,000 yen a month. The price is 2,500 yen for 30 packets, which is less than half the price of the major brands. Plus, the ingredients are much more concentrated! The method I used and the key points... 1. Drink it with meals and snacks 2. It dissolves easily in coffee etc. 3. Oligosaccharide-based, so it's slightly sweet 4. I don't need to drink it in the morning because I need my blood sugar level to rise. 5. Don't eat too much just because you're drinking, as it's the same thing. 6. It is not effective against oil, so avoid oily foods as much as possible. I continued drinking it, and because it contains dietary fiber, my bowel movements improved. I finally succeeded in losing weight, something I had never been able to do before. I abstained from alcohol for the first month, but have been drinking normally since the second month. It's not a diet that requires you to lose weight, so it's stress-free! I drank it with every meal when I went to Bali in September and didn't gain any weight. So, I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight without stress.
