DAY 5 Report! The LOST team, riding two "DRIVER" models, advances to the semi-finals!

DAY 5 report! The LOST team, riding two " DRIVER " models, has advanced to the semi-finals! Alex Ribeiro, Brazil Alex, riding a carbon-wrapped squash tail " DRIVER " model, won the quarterfinals and advanced to the semifinals. Last year he rode a swallowtail "SUB-DRIVER" with carbon wrap, but this year the waves are bigger than last year, so he is competing in this tournament with the " DRIVER ." The board rises vertically on the backside, which has resulted in high scores, and he has a high success rate of frontside air reverses, so he is expected to win. "Noe Mar McGonagle" Costa Rica He's a dark horse in this tournament, a surfer with no notable results up until now. He's a big surfer who uses rails and power surfs in a style that's more suited to WT wave quality than QS, so he did a great job in these waves and advanced to the finals. His frontside power turn, as seen in the photo above, thrilled the crowd and was incredibly impressive. Noe Marr rides the " DRIVER " model, a Mayhem classic that has racked up numerous excellent results in competitions large and small around the world. He won the quarterfinals of the QS6000, which is probably his best result to date, and advanced to the semifinals. Nishii took the photos, and videographer Tabrigadeh shot the video. Stay tuned for their upcoming riding videos!

DAY3 "Ichinomiya Chiba Open" WSL/QS6000 5-person LOST team results!

"Noe Mar McGonagle" COSTA RICA This Costa Rican surfer competed in Round 3, Heat 4. He placed second with a total of 11.53 points, advancing to Round 4. He is a big surfer with a powerful body and is riding a DRIVER performance model board. Colt Ward, USA The heat ended with no sign of the good form I had the day before. Today, I struggled because most of the waves I was riding didn't have a strong shoulder. I was able to make one turn, but I only had short rides that didn't last, so I ended up in 4th place. "Davey Castle" AUST There were many former WT riders competing in this tournament, and I was one of them. I had a lot of wipeouts at the finish. Even if I rode well and made three turns, if I wiped out at the finish, I couldn't increase my points, and I ended up in third place in Round 3 and was eliminated. "Alex Ribeiro" BRAZIL Today, I surfed Round 3 again on the CARBON WRAP "DRIVER" model. I landed air reverses and created huge spray on the lip, and even among the many Brazilian competitors in this tournament, I was able to advance to Round 3 with surfing that was worthy of a former World Tour surfer. The wave size is expected to remain the same or get slightly smaller until the final, so I think I'll be riding this CARBON WRAP "DRIVER" model. "Ian Crane" USA He used the rail to rail well on this wave, and in round 3 he landed the highest air reverse with the tail coming up high, winning by a landslide. The board he was riding was a "BABY BUGGY." He was highly praised by the gallery, media and photographers in attendance, making him a favorite to win! Please come and watch the event at the venue to see the surfing of each surfer, which cannot be conveyed through live webcasts or photos alone! Nishii will be watching the event while taking photos. Look for this "NECK TANS" parasol!

"Ichinomiya Chiba Open" DAY 2! Here is a report on the results of the five LOST riders.

DAY 2 "Ichinomiya Chiba Open" Results report of the five LOST riders. "Kei Kobayashi" I was riding the "POCKETROCKET" and doing well during practice surfing, but I had bad luck with the waves and the waves I expected didn't come in the positioning area where I was waiting for them, so I was unexpectedly eliminated in round 2. "Alex Riveiro" He is a Brazilian surfer and former World Tour competitor. He is one of the WSL surfers who often rides carbon wraps, along with Michael Rodrigues. In the same heat as Kei, he rode a carbon wrap " Driver " model and won with a huge air reverse. "Ian Crane" I surfed as a seeded competitor from round 2. I caught a wave in the last 10 seconds and did a high-speed air reverse to turn the time around and win. The board I was riding was a " BABY BUGGY ." Davy Castle He is an Australian surfer and former World Tour competitor. He also came to Japan for this contest last year. The board he was riding was his favorite model , the "POCKET ROCKET." He had a good selection of waves and landed two high points, winning his heat. "Evan Geiselman" He is well known in Japan as he won this tournament two years ago. Riding his "POCKET ROCKET," he surfed like a surefire favorite to win. He also surfed like a veteran surfer who has competed in the QS series for many years, but he surprisingly finished in fourth place. Yesterday was a spectacular day with plenty of waves. There are also many other surfers who ride LOST surfboards, although they are not part of a team. Why not come and watch the highest level surfing contest held in Japan? Watching in person is more immersive than watching on a screen! You can also see the competitors free surfing around the competition venue!

This is a report on the test drive event held at Shonan Chigasaki Park yesterday, Saturday.

This is a report on a test ride event that was held with customers from the "Murasaki Sports Kanagawa Area." The location is Chigasaki Park in Shonan. In addition to LOST and PLACEB, many other manufacturers were also exhibiting. Approximately 70 people participated. The waves were small, about knee-high, but there were so many waves that everyone was happy. I rode a lot of different boards from 9am to 3pm. LOST has been late in stocking their stock boards, and the RNF-RETRO has been extremely popular, with many people who have pre-ordered saying they can't wait to ride it! Many people have been looking at the Luvsurf website, and have seen " RNF-RETRO " for the first time. Hmm, I see, so this is the much talked about `` RNF-RETRO '' - and everyone was paying close attention. " DRIVER " also had a BRO dimension, I received feedback that it can be ridden even in small waves. The RNF-REDUX can also be ridden with a carbon wrap, so the test rides were very popular. At PLACEBO, many people said they would like to try riding the upgraded Goblin-Sprint . If you already ride a Goblin, try out a Goblin-Sprint , "You can clearly see the difference even with this wave!" was the comment we received. Both of these kids seemed to like the light and easy-to-move 5'4" Goblin-Sprint , and said they would come to the test ride event scheduled for Kugenuma in June, so they would like to ride the 5'4" Goblin-Sprint again! I've ridden boards from other manufacturers and the RE-LOADED is easier to ride and much more fun! Some people came back to ride it multiple times, and I received feedback that, unlike a funboard, I was able to control it well. " RE-LOADED " was especially popular among female surfers!
