LOST surfers continue to compete! WSL QS6000 Round 2 report!

Nishii told the people who were in attendance at the venue, The "CARBON WRAP" rate is amazing! Everyone is riding ``CARBON WRAP''! Seeing so many people riding it made me want a Carbon Wrap. Or, Is Nishii-san or Mayhem telling you to ride "CARBON WRAP"? People often ask me this, but LOST never gave any such instructions. They like to ride it. The CARBON WRAP is a great fit for the wave conditions in Japan, so the LOST team riders also like it. The fact that even unsponsored riders are buying and riding Carbon Wrap at their own expense speaks to the quality of the board. Other brands have released EPS epoxy carbon boards, but it's clear that they can't compete with Carbon Wrap. Michael Rodriguez had a springy surfing style and was landing air reverses one after the other, but a competitor in his heat had a better score on his last ride, causing him to lose out and come in third place. He was Nishii's favorite to win, and he was very good at riding his favorite BABY BUGGY model, the CARBON WRAP, so I would have liked to see him surf more in competitions. "Mason Ho" I was fine until last night when we were having dinner together. He dropped his iPhone this morning and the screen cracked, making him look listless, which worried me, but he also looked listless in the heat, finishing in 4th place. After the loss, he immediately went to get the screen repaired, and then booked an air ticket to fly straight to Indonesia, where a large swell was forecast. Nate Illemans is a former WCT surfer, as you'd expect. He gets a good score by using an Eggle turn to create a good spray. His backside air reverse netted him 7.5 points, which is impressive. Today, after the heat, we did the laundry together, and since it's supposed to rain tomorrow, we hung it out to dry indoors. Yago Dora hadn't been in great form since the free surfing session, and it was disappointing to see him finish in 4th place. Last week at the WCT in Brazil, he beat three current and former world champions in a row to finish in 3rd place, and he was a star athlete who was a favorite to win this time, so it's a shame. His carbon wrap was the DRIVER model! European rider Aritz Aramburu, also known as FU WAXER, was in the same heat as Griffin, 6, but was eliminated with a total of 11.96 points, unable to improve his score. Griffin Colapinto started Heat 6 by waiting alone on the side of the breakwater, but after 15 minutes he hadn't caught a single wave. He then moved to the middle peak where everyone else was, and caught two waves to finish in first place. When I met him after the heat, he told me that he hadn't heard the announcements during the heat and had been feeling anxious because he couldn't even catch a wave in the first half. Griffin Colapinto's surfing, or rather, the quality of his turns, is so good that even two turns can get a high score. Looking at the last photo, he was in first place, but it seems he didn't know his ranking even after coming out of the water. But he was smiling right away because he was in first place. Alex Ribeiro was also a WCT competitor last year. He rode a Sub-Driver Carbon Wrap at the Harley Pro last September and did very well. This time around, he will be riding his current favorite Swallowtail Sub-Driver Carbon Wrap, so please support him and hope he does well! So stay tuned for tomorrow's report! Rain is forecast for tomorrow, May 26th (Friday), but the weather is expected to improve and the waves will be better from May 27th (Saturday). It looks like it will be a perfect day to watch the highest level surfing competition held in Japan! Opportunities like this are rare, so please come to the venue and see the live surfing that cannot be conveyed from a computer screen.

Women's has started! LOST's "BABY BUGGY" CARBON WRAP is a big hit!

LOST『BABY BUGGY』CARBON WRAP Check out Macy Callaghan AUST on. On Wednesday, May 24th, only women's events were held. LOST team rider, the top seeded athlete from round 2 The board that Macy Callaghan AUST was riding was LOST "BABY BUGGY" CARBON WRAP. He hit one on the front side and scored in the sevens. On the backside, he scored in the 8s, He easily won round 2. Because it was CARBON WRAP, the way my board handled was clearly different from the other riders. The waves at Shidashita today were small, but you could ride them for quite a long distance, so they ran well even on the slow, deep waves and I was able to ride the waves without any trouble. I was also on the "Mason Ho" the other day, LOST's "BABY BUGGY" is perfect for this type of Japanese wave! Nate Iyomans, 35, who works with Nishii, I'll be competing in the Men's Round 2 tomorrow! Please support me!

Report from the field! The wave size has increased by one size and the main event has finally begun!

Pic: TABRIGADE The waves came out in Nishii, so he went surfing for a bit in between filming. To beat the wave-catching paddles of these QS competitors, I used the secret weapon, the RNF-REDUX CARBON WRAP. "Davey Castle" was practicing with a carbon wrap. Pic: TABRIGADE We talked a little in the ocean, and the model was the same one I had the other day. It's ``V2-GRINDER''. Nate Illemans is the top seed, so he will play in round 2 and will not have a heat today. Pic: TABRIGADE I was trying out four boards today. Since the side offshore is strong, I was trying out different boards to see which one was best. Pic: TABRIGADE The waves came out today and finally "Yago Dora" appeared. Pic: TABRIGADE The model defeated the three world champions as shown here. It was a Magic Board 6'0" called "POCKET ROCKET ". The water was cold, so I jumped on a few and went up to stay warm. Now, as for the main contest itself, how did it go? Mason Ho started from round one. With five minutes remaining in Heat 10, he made a huge comeback and took first place. On the last ride, he decided on a finishing air reverse, He posted a heat best score of 6.75 points. The wind was strong so the board was easy to fly off my feet, but I managed to land it successfully. This is the smile on his face when he comes out of the water! He looks so happy. Tomorrow, the top seeded players will appear! Pic: TABRIGADE

The WSL QS6000 "GOTCHA Chiba Ichinomiya Open" has not started yet.

WSL QS6000 "GOTCHA Chiba Ichinomiya Open" will be held on Monday, May 22nd. The waves were small so we didn't start yet. Nate Illemans says he'll compete on a board this size in waves. This is the "V3-ROCKET" center stringer form from MARKO EPS. EPS epoxy boards are a must for Japan's powerless waves. Anon-chan and her father have been coming to the venue since yesterday, Today I surfed all day from early morning with the men's surfers. Other women's surfers don't practice surfing when there are many men's surfers, Anon worked hard and caught a lot of waves. Today we have a master rider from Brazil, CARBON WRAP! Michael Rodriguez was also practicing at the venue. Nishii saw him surf live when he first started, and his control of the Carbon Wrap was more impressive than anyone else's. Even when the waves take off from knee-high waves and reach shin height, the speed doesn't stop. He was riding in his usual BABY BUGGY CARBON WRAP and really stood out. With the familiar "BABY BUGGY" CARBON WRAP, With that kind of surfing, he's definitely one of the dark horse contenders to win this tournament. This is the most ridden board at the "GOTCHA Chiba Ichinomiya Open"! LOST's "CARBON WRAP"! I think the waves will be the same size tomorrow. I think the surfers at the venue are surfing at the highest level in Japan.

A report from the venue the day before the start of the WSL QS6000 "GOTCHA Ichinomiya Chiba Open"!

The Japan Trials were held over two days, Saturday and Sunday. The board that Nate Illemans has is made of EPS foam with carbon in the center. The waves are so small that it's a bit sad for the surfers, but the skilled surfers are still good regardless of the small waves. Nate is now 35 years old. As a former WCT surfer, he only practiced on waves with a strong line and high points. PIC:Kenji Iida We came to surf together early in the morning, Right: Davie Castle, Australia Left: Koa Smith, Hawaii Core Smith is "CARBON WRAP" and Davy Castle is POLYESTER. The second round was also a friendly one. Left: Davie Castle, Australia Right: Koa Smith, Hawaii Both of them appeared with "CARBON WRAP" this time. If the waves are small or there is no power, It is better to ride a board with better speed performance, so ``CARBON WRAP'' is a must. PIC:Kenji Iida Davie Castle, Australia PIC:Kenji Iida This model is the "Carbon Wrap" from "V2-Grinder". "Davey Castle" is as expected from last year's WCT player. The small waves were also good. Beylik de Billys, South Africa He was practicing again today on the "CARBON WRAP." PIC:Kenji Iida He is a Brazilian who rides "CARBON WRAP" . The name has not yet been confirmed, so I will let you know when I find out. PIC:Kenji Iida The model is the "Carbon Wrap" from the "V2-SB." PIC:Kenji Iida This is Mason Ho. He was riding a MARKO EPS foam board. PIC:Kenji Iida The waves were very different from the big, dangerous waves that Mason loves, but he practiced hard. PIC:Kenji Iida She is also a women's rider who was on the as yet unidentified LOST "CARBON WRAP." It looks like the waves will remain small tomorrow as well. I'll report back as the main event begins.
