Orange Arctic Foam. This orange foam contains more air bubbles than the yellow or green, making it a lighter foam and one of the few foams for professionals. Introducing Nishii's new test board. New epoxy glass board. It's called E-Tech Glass. The content form is EPS. The model is "V2-SB" and the size is 5'9". I took a quick test ride, It's made of EPS foam, so it's soft and flexible, which is what I like. The glass layer on the surface is made of epoxy resin, so it is elastic, shock-absorbing, and strong. Because the foam is EPS, after just one round of use, the front stance part It ended up with this much of a dent. The more you ride, the more bumpy it becomes, In this case, the same epoxy boards "XTR-FX", "Placebo FLEXLITE-TURBO", and "EFC by HydorFlex" are better. Today's waves at LOWERS. One size smaller than yesterday, but overhead. Clean waves were rolling in. Located just off the ocean side towards the mountains, I visited an XTR surfboard factory called "Epoxy Pro". The owner, Habiya, received a custom order from a Japanese customer and the completion was delayed. I gave them a list of the boards I was working on and they checked their location and progress. This board and this board are slow, I instructed them to check the actual item and proceed with the work as a priority. Nishii checks the custom orders received from customers during the production process to make sure there are no mistakes. We have been checking the boards for customers who are waiting for their custom order boards to be completed. We've managed to check everything! Please wait a little while for the finished product! As noon approached, the weather cleared up and the temperature reached 30 degrees, making it feel like midsummer. I visited Hydroflex in the neighboring town of Oceanside. The technology behind the 3D glasses is kept secret and photography is prohibited. I was allowed to take pictures of the sanding process. It looks like this with other PU and epoxy boards. It is sanded the same way. To Richie, the CEO of Hydroflex, We had them explain "EFC HydroFlex" to us and filmed it. Learn about the waterproofing properties of EFC foam and the special technology of 3D glasses. When you jump on the board, it doesn't break at all and bounces softly.
