Placebo's "NEW RIPQUEST" FLEXLITE-TURBO is amazing!

Placebo's "NEW RIPQUEST" FLEXLITE-TURBO is amazing! I rode a board with the same specifications as the retail version at a crowded point break in Shonan! Placebo's latest hot model for 2014, "NEW RIPQUEST"!! I spotted someone in the car next to me who had SURF GRASS and was using it! That's great! For the Placebo shoot, veteran photographer TOKU accompanied me today. He took the photo for me. I tried riding the "NEW RIPQUEST" with tri-fins. The new RIPQUEST model was designed by MAYHEM. The "Babeld Edge" installed in the CONQUEST II and FISHQUEST II models I was able to once again understand why it is called "Half" Babel Edge. The split diamond tail has a deep cut, so it responds very well. When you think about lipping, the board responds directly. Half is enough. The design makes it easy for even those who tend to be slow with their lip action to practice RIP action! This is my second time using Placebo's "NEW RIPQUEST" FLEXLITE-TURBO, and it's amazing! * Posted by Luvsurf .

Why not try reconsidering your board size and buoyancy like the 2013 World Champion?

If you haven't registered yet, please do so at "@luvsurf"! == ... I found an interesting article on the STAB Magazine website, so I'd like to introduce it to you. MICK FANNING'S MAYHEM SUB-DRIVER 2011 was Mick Farming's worst tour year yet. For a man who won three times in 2007, 2009, and 2010, 2011 was a disappointment. He'd lost both of his previous events, the Hurley Pro at Trestles, to Fred Pataccia in round three. "Pressure? No. I don't have a world title, I'm not expected to win tournaments," he said. But that didn't dampen Mick's desire to win. It just meant the board was sluggish under his feet and not the feel he preferred. Before any event at Trestles, Mick did what any pro surfer would: he consulted with Matt Mayhem Bioros, who lives, surfs, shapes, breathes, sweats and has sex there (which is how Trestles is his everything). Kolohe and his pro surfer father, Dino, ride LOST/MAYHEM boards, which are soft but have high-performance edges. Matt remembers Mick providing very precise dimensions. When Matt asked him what volume he wanted, Mick shrugged and said that from what he'd seen, Kolohe's SUB-DRIVER looked good. MAYHEM told Mick, "We'll build it right away," and Mick left. At the end of Round 1 of the WCT Trestles, Mick had lost to Tom Wicker and Brett Simpson. Mick showed up again in the MAYHEM shaping room and asked how his board was. It wasn't finished yet, so Mick spotted a pile of boards stacked against the ceiling of the LOST surfboard factory and asked, "Are there any boards there I can ride?" Mick climbed up the ladder, dragged a few down, blew off the dust, put the board on the floor, went forward, went back, looked over the wide tail, the wide nose. "This is a typical Kolohe Andino board , with the same dimensions as the board he used to qualify for the World Tour," Mayhem said. "Even though it was well-used and had a small crack, Mick grabbed the Sub-Driver and said he'd ride it in the contest." The next day, Mick did bring the board to the heat, and Matt got a message on his phone saying, "Mick's on your board, he's doing airs in the heat." Matt (MAYHEM) said, "I've saved all the emails and text messages from Mick. People like Handley and JS are used to working with people like them in their prime, but I wasn't. He is very professional, well spoken and emails a lot. He is truly the ultimate surfer for research and development. His surfing is flawless and his behavior is impeccable. Mick, who rode the board in the quarterfinals of the Hurley Pro, said, "It changed my worldview of what all my boards should be. I immediately asked for all my boards to be increased by two liters and made a little wider overall. Every once in a while, someone gets a board that changes their worldview, but this board came along at a time when I really needed a fresh challenge. It allowed me to draw new lines and take new approaches, and as a result, I started enjoying competing in contest surfing again." Matt says he had Mick ride the SUB-DRIVER , which has proven the design concepts and work he's done with Dino, who has had input into Kolohe's boards throughout his young career. "We've been building boards that allow surfers to maximize their potential in the subpar waves they have to navigate in amateur and junior competitions, and it was very exciting to see our small boards borne out by perfect surfing, a two-time world champion at the peak of his physical fitness, and a technical surfer who is a role model for the current generation." To Mayhem Every year you reach a peak that redefines the surfboard! This board was one of them. Thank you for changing my perspective on boards! "Mick Fanning" 2011 LOWERS [vimeo]https://vimeo.com/31464041[/vimeo] Why don't you reconsider the size and buoyancy of your board? Especially for those who feel like they have to wait a long time for waves on a thin board every weekend, Ride lots of waves on a comfortable board with good buoyancy and quick take-off. Why not try surfing every weekend even more? Even Mick increased his board size by 2 cl two years ago and was successful again in 2013, becoming World Champion. As you get older, width and buoyancy become more important! This is our recommended model! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/models/lost/conquest-el-diablo-lost * Posted by Luvsurf .

"SURF GRASS" continued to garner questions like "What is this?"

Today is the third and final day of the Interstyle exhibition. A lot of people came to visit us today! Some people came for LOST, some for Placebo, and some for both. Preferences varied depending on the tastes of the retailer. Nishii's "LAYZ POTATO" (also known as Kappa Board) has a high blog appearance rate, It was featured in Surfing Life magazine, so it's a famous board, so everyone knows it. I was checking. Everyone looked at the board with great enjoyment, and the room was filled with excitement. It became like a party venue. Once the discussion about boards started while looking at the actual boards, everyone's passionate conversation never stopped. As always, "SURF GRASS" drew questions from first-time visitors like, "What is this?" Nishii spends the whole day in this room explaining surfboards. They also had a new model board on display that makes full use of the cork deck's C3 technology and adds neon-colored pin lines. We'll explain the details later, so please look forward to the release of this C3! Posted by Luvsurf .
