Today I met up with photographer Masuda and we shot on the 5'2" COUCH POTATO.
Today I met up with photographer Masuda and we shot on the 5'2" COUCH POTATO. The waves on T-STREET were small, but they seemed to be slightly bigger than yesterday. The same is true around Trestles. So, it's the same Oceanside Harbor Point as yesterday. Joel Tudor was there too, so it seems my choice of spot was correct. The water temperature has been cold recently, so I've been wearing robes, something I rarely do around here even in the middle of winter. The peak is about this size, but it gets smaller and smaller all the way to the inside. The thick waves of this shallow beach break are very similar to those at Sakuta or Katakai in Japan. A commemorative photo with photographer Masuda. (Photo by Jiro) Today, you'll be amazed at how fast it can take off despite being only 5'2". We had a video taken of the take-off performance and the ability to continue running even in rough waves.
Learn moreI was surprised to find that the FU Wax base coat that Kelly always uses is different.
The waves around San Clemente were too small to break, so we went to Oceanside. Not many Californians surf waves this small, so the ocean was empty and the small waves were perfect for a test ride on the 5'2" COUCH POTATO. I got the FU Wax base coat and tried it out. I hadn't recommended it because it was expensive, but I was surprised to find that the FU Wax base coat that Kelly always uses is different. It's true that FU Wax base coat doesn't melt easily even in warm sunlight. For example, the base coat applied over the black MAYEHM mark of other manufacturers would easily soften and melt in the sun, but the FU Wax base coat remained clearly hard. It seems to be difficult to dissolve in water, so I will continue testing it. In the afternoon, I went to Epoxy PRO, the company that makes XTR in Oceanside. In Habiyar's shaping room, a meeting was held to discuss whether it would be possible to produce boards more quickly, as XTR boards are very popular at Luvurf and the number of custom orders from customers is increasing every year. The popular V-FLEX boards were being completed one after another. This is the FISHQUEST2 model of XTR's high-end "3D CARBOLIC" that everyone dreams of! The EVWING was also being carefully wrapped in carbon Kevlar (black is carbon, navy is Kevlar) to create a beautiful finish. This is a high performance version of the XTR, V-FLEX specification, currently in production. Laminator POTO talks about carbon for testing. There are many stock boards and custom order boards from Japan in the factory. I found a custom order board and told them to prioritize these two items when making them.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are receiving a steady stream of feedback from users who have actually used "FU・WAX"! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please open the store from tomorrow, the 4th. I would like one more FU WAX. I ended up applying it quite thickly. Once you get used to that feeling, it's hard to use any other wax. The rumored wax used by WT athletes. The ride was fun!! ☆FU・WAX☆It's great! It was my first time using it, but just by adding a little wax it has great grip! You only need to apply a smaller amount than regular wax, so it's cost-effective. This is really going well. It feels like boards are glued to my feet! If you look closely at Dane Reynolds' room! And of course, Brett Simpson!! "Julian Wilson" is also an essential part of the contest. If you haven't tried it yet, Try this super sticky, magnetic grip that's unlike any other wax you've used before. /store/11847/ You can purchase it from this web store.

Learn moreI use both JW and JJF. I'm sorry, but I don't want to use any other waxes anymore.
FU WAX, which has been causing a stir for everyone, had the best grip today as well. Sorry, but I no longer want to use any other wax. FU from Brazil has been making FUWAX since 1967. So it took 45 years for FU・WAX to become the wonderful company it is today. Its excellent grip performance In addition to Kelly and Kolohe, there are Brazilians as well, Heitor Pereira Caio Ibelli Filipe Toledo John John Florence, Even Julian Wilson uses it. Please try out this top-performance wax, approved by the world's top surf athletes, as soon as possible! Available to purchase here 24 hours a day!
Learn moreFU WAX is a suction cup-like surf wax that has WCT athletes hooked!
FU WAX is a suction cup-like surf wax that has WCT athletes hooked! Kelly Slater also made an incredible high-speed spinning air at the WCT contest in New York, which has the highest prize money ever. This is the wax I used when I scored 10 points in one maneuver and have been using ever since! This is said to be the best air of 2011, and your feet are attached to the board! In 2012, he also won the final heat of the Rip Curl Pro in Bells, Australia. He scored 10 points with this further evolved rotation air. This is the wax that Kelly and many other top competitors, including WCT athletes, actually use! Everyone loves its grip! Handmade in Brazil using a top-secret recipe. The only person who can make this wax is FU from Brazil. "Please use FU WAX as a top coat, applying it more thinly than usual." What makes it so different is that it sticks to your surfboard like a suction cup, increasing your grip. It's a completely different wax, so much so that you'll never want to use your old wax again. Give it a try; its sticky adhesion is unmatched by any other wax. Anyone can enjoy better grip and more confidence in their surfing with just this one wax. [vimeo]http://vimeo.com/56305485[/vimeo] The FU Wax base coat is currently sold out. It doesn't matter what brand it is, but we recommend applying a harder base wax thinner than usual. *FU Wax's base coat also has excellent performance, so we recommend you use it when it arrives. As shown in the photo, flatten the wax. Until now, I had to apply wax with a lot of force, creating lots of bumps to prevent slipping, but FU and WAX are different substances that absorb water, so apply them thinly several times and when threads start to appear, it's done. A thin layer of FU WAX is enough to be effective. If you apply it flat, you won't waste too much, so you can use it more times. Try touching the wax on your board in the ocean and comparing it to the wax on a board that has been applied with other waxes. When you press the deck of a board that has been coated with FU WAX against your palm, it will stick to your palm like a magnet or a suction cup. Even if you can't do air, try pulling out as hard as you can to see the effect. I can feel the board sticking to my feet more than ever before. I often look at the young surfers these days, especially the talented Brazilian surfer Medina, "It feels like the board is attached to my feet!" You might say this, That's right! They stick together because they use FU WAX. The video below shows the next generation of Brazilian skaters following Medina, who qualified for the 2013 ASP-WCT at the age of 17. Flipe Toledo's backside air full rotation! This video demonstrates the performance of FU WAX, performing a backside air full rotation with unprecedented height, distance, and perfect landing. And for another one, check out the video below. The next generation of surfing by World Junior Champion and sharp natural footer, Kaio Iberi, also uses FU Wax! [vimeo]http://vimeo.com/46970605[/vimeo] We have started receiving testimonials from people who have actually used "FU WAX," which is carefully handmade in Brazil! *The suction power was so strong that the board stuck to my feet! *You cannot use other waxes! *I could feel the effects of FU WAX even when I applied a thin layer over the wax I had been using. *It's a luxurious, handmade product that's really comfortable to use! *I was surprised how much one wax could change my surfing! *It's amazing, it's like a magnet! *It doesn't need to be applied thickly like previous waxes, so you can use one product multiple times, making it economical. *Amazingly long life! It still gripped well even after the second round, without needing to be reapplied! We received many wonderful comments! We encourage everyone to try FU WAX. In addition, Brazilian FU WAX, which is handmade using a top-secret recipe, is still produced in limited quantities and is extremely difficult to obtain. Please be aware that similar products have already begun to appear in the United States. FU WAX is a handmade product, Unlike other manufacturers, we cannot mass produce products that can be used by all surfers around the world, Counterfeit products have also appeared that are likely to be bought by people who have never seen or used the product before. Please see the photo below. Below is the real thing. The one above is a fake, made by peeling off the label of another manufacturer's wax and pasting a counterfeit label on top. (The contents were SEXWAX) --------------------------------------------- Former World Champion Martin Potter, also known as "POZZ," also uses FU WAX. This is a scam! Try out the grip that the wax claims to provide, just like a foot strap. Kolohe Andino Be sure to try out this amazing grip, which even WCT athletes will find unusable with other manufacturers. Like them, you'll never want to use any other wax again! Dane Reynolds I actually got to see the email from Paulo of FU WAX USA. Brett Simpson We received many orders from individual WCT/WQS competitors, including Kelly. John John Florence Julian Wilson Luvsurf is now the first to offer this product for purchase through their online store! ★Purchase here >> http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/store/11847/ ◆『BASE』 All season (primer only) *Guideline ◆"TROPICAL" Midsummer (Water temperature above 21°C) Board Shorts - Spring ◆『WARM』 Summer (Water temperature 18~21℃) Seagull ~ Jersey Full Suit ◆『COOL』 Spring, Autumn (Water temperature 14~18℃) Jersey full suit ~ Semi-dry ◆『COLD』Winter (water temperature below 14℃) Semi-dry to boots/gloves FU・WAX is highly resistant to dissolution in seawater, so it maintains its grip and adhesion for a longer period of time than ever before.
